I had to follow them across the city and delve into the preparation of cast iron. It turns out that my ikea was not properly prepared, it is all overgrown with soot, and does not stick to it because of this soot and oil. And the black iron ones are underprepared - I just boiled oil in them according to the instructions, did not dry it, and the protective layer peels off from the onion.

Who is strong in this? I studied the profile topic, I cook with linseed oil, there is no tung oil, they sell it in large containers and there is nowhere to put the leftovers. Linseed took a small amount in Pyaterochka, we will gradually overcome it (it tastes nasty and stinks of fish oil).
