Ingredients

Milk (water, whey ...) 250 ml
Fresh yeast 10 g
OR dry yeast 1 tea the spoon
Sugar 1 table. the spoon
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Salt 0.25 tsp
Egg 1 piece
Vegetable oil 1 table. the spoon
Flour 280 g

Cooking method

  • Grind the yeast with sugar, pour in the milk, mix, add the rest of the ingredients, mix well (I kneaded with a mixer, dough attachments), cover with cling film or a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator overnight (my dough stood for exactly 8 hours).
  • In the morning, mix the dough (you can add apples at this moment, just not rub, but chop) and fry the pancakes as usual in vegetable oil.
  • The pancakes are unsweetened. My husband ate with jam and said that it was just wonderful. But if you wish, you can add sugar.

To put it on a frying pan, I grease a spoon with vegetable oil very lightly and help the dough to flop into the pan with my finger.

I have a Moscow Makfa, there is a lot of gluten, so I add 10-20% to all recipes. 2-3 times the amount of flour indicated in the recipe turned out to be correct, but ... it's rare.

So either you have low-gluten flour or ...

How did you measure 280 grams of flour? This is 1.75 cups in 250 ml ...
