Ingredients

1 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp of kefir

1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp soda
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
seasonings and spices at will

Cooking method
