Crochet, and this beauty was baked in a Teflon pan (once without oil)? And on what fire (strong, weak, medium) to bake inside? It's a very good idea to bake without oil, well done!

May @ , initially there was fresh yeast, but I hardly use dry yeast.
Well, I got it wrong again.

I want to say that without eggs, these pancakes turn out to be very good too
True, as for me, oils absorb more, it comes out a little fatty, but if you plan to cheer up your family with something tasty in the morning and do not wake up early, and there are not even eggs in the refrigerator, then this is not a reason to give up this recipe

Stеrn , I also want to publicly thank, without running around in the morning, even, gentle, my gratitude, a separate respect from the family. Despite the fact that the pancakes, in view of their oiliness, I am not very good., These were what you need, and also smart advice Crumbs, about how to do it, were crowned with success. Fried on Not Pan (Hot pan) (I think everyone's TV shop shows that such a large sovorotka elero) just greased it with vegetable oil and with the lid closed. There is also a Berg frying pan with a ceramic top, but when you need a lot at once, it's better in such a frying pan so as not to stand. The only thing, only, interfered with a hook in the combine, next time I need a whisk for the batter.
Again

Thank you

, there is a variety in the morning. By the way, my husband is also German, he said, for such a breakfast

I put the pancake dough overnight again yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I fried cutlets (by the way, according to a new recipe, I will definitely share it later) and I still have a little minced meat, well, neither here nor there ... So I came up with lazy whites ... First, I put about a tablespoon of dough in the pan (a little more than 1/2 tbsp. l.), then put the filling and again half a spoonful of dough, here is the result:

Well, such wonderful "sloths" turned out, they almost swallowed my tongues, yeah ... I take into account the fact that the filling can be anything, it’s a treasure and not a recipe !!!

I don't even know how to thank you ... this is a godsend for me !!! Thank you, dear !!! I owe you !!!

P.S. For these 4 "makeweight" minced meat was not enough, fried in a completely dry frying pan:

Tiny! That's for sure, all ingenious is simple! And the minced meat, as I understand it, was it raw? Is it well done?

Oops, completely out of my head, I forgot to write, I pre-fried the minced meat by adding a diced onion ... do not tempt fate don't experiment with raw minced meat ... at least not yet ...

Actually, I thought so, raw is hardly fried! So it’s there you can stuff anything you want-: yahoo: mushrooms and vegetables are all different, but there’s little that can hang in the fridge!

So here I am about the same !!! I have already been ordered with jam for tomorrow ... it's up to little, to choose with which one ... At the same time I will check whether or not the jam will flow out during frying ... well, I'll sign off naturally.

Well, here, and I closed up with raw + grated potatoes and spices Everything worked out fine.

I turned out to be a completely lazy whitewash and poured the dough into a disposable pastry bag = plastic bag. I hooked on a clip and cut off the nose.

Yeast pancakes Yeast pancakes

I baked in a skillet with a thick bottom over medium-low heat without oil, once at the beginning I slightly greased the pan. I squeezed out a small cake from the edge to the center, laid out the raw minced meat ~ 1 tbsp on top, flattened and made a side along the edge of the minced meat from the dough.

Yeast pancakes

Baked under the lid. I turned it over, excess juice flowed out of the minced meat and it turned out to replace the oil for frying.
Here they are pancakes!

I have a recipe for donuts there, too, the dough fits in the refrigerator .. so with fresh yeast it is suitable but not with dry yeast ... maybe this is a coincidence .. I don’t know
Stern
chapic, mine is the same. Therefore, I do not use practically dry yeast.
Amiga
Here's an ambush with this dry yeast! I kneaded pancakes today at 12, put them in the refrigerator. I looked after 2 hours - practically did not budge. She took out a bowl and put it in the kitchen. Another 2 hours have passed - the test has become more, but it rises clearly rather weakly.
What to do??!! Help !! Put in the oven at 30-35 degrees, so that it rises for dinner, or wait some more?
And I would be very grateful if you could explain how much the dough should rise?
How can you tell if it's done?
Stern
Amiga, that's why I don't use dry yeast. With dry yeast, my dough also practically does not rise in the refrigerator.
The dough should at least double in volume.
Amiga
Stеrn, and you just in time for dinner! Help yourself, dear!
Everything worked out great. I cut a quarter of a large apple into the dough, and next time I will add more apples!
Thanks for the recipe!

Stеrn, I want to pamper my own with these pancakes tomorrow morning. As always, I have a question ... In the morning, after taking out the dough from the refrigerator, how much should it be "warmed up" at room temperature? Or not at all - can you bake right away?

but for some reason the dough turned out sooo thick .. I took kefir .. in short, I added more kefir. to make it thinner. live yeast. stand in the refrigerator for something that does not rise .. it costs about 2 hours .. no movement at all there .. maybe due to the fact that kefir was also from the refrigerator ..?
Antonovka
chapic,
I have never had this dough for less than 6 hours. Is it too early to worry? I always have kefir from the fridge too
chapic
Is the dough thick? I have a thick .. not the same as always for pancakes .. I weighed everything on the scales
Antonovka
Kefir is different :) How thick is it?
chapic
does not fall off the spoon. but I added more kefir and made it thinner
Antonovka
chapic,
I, too, did not seem to fall ... Now I will make the dough, however, on the failed yogurt - I will come, unsubscribe

Made on yogut, it seemed thick, diluted with kefir. The dough does not fall off the spoon ...

but for me already in 6 hours it did not rise at all. fresh yeast good ((((
Antonovka
Maybe leave until morning? It's strange in general, but I also don't have to once at a time - it rises more, then less, but never stays in place. Are there any bubbles?
Amiga
What do you think, what is the maximum number of apples this dough can withstand?
Last time I put a quarter of a large apple, we really liked it, but now I would like to have more apples.
Stern
1 apple can be added without a doubt.
Amiga
Stella, thanks! So I did, it turned out great!

It's great that there is an Internet, a forum and in general)) I spent the whole evening trying to make something like that for breakfast - in the morning relatives arrive from afar, and then I remembered my mother's yeast pancakes ... drooling - I want my mother's! And the time is already 12 at night ... you will not clear up ... and then suddenly - wow! recipe)) And funny - for once I have fresh yeast! Hurray, hurray, now there is a saucepan in the fridge, and tomorrow ... mmm ... I look forward to ... both with such a heat, and with that - a lot of everything has accumulated in the refrigerator)) The camera is already on the table - the main thing in our business sing to fix the result until its total destruction)))
Thank you, thank you to our tireless teachers for the recipes
Stern
Ines, good luck! I'm waiting for the report!
Ines
Good luck with us! (hello to the night owls)
Two hours - the dough is unchanged, three hours - the same, three and a half - the process started, it began to rise! Now you can turn off the main work, send programmers to sleep. Eh, they would know, foreign outsourcers, on what Russian culinary subtleties their foreign dream depends, that they would be surprised ... although ... they wouldn’t check it out anyway, until they tried it themselves!
And to the respected fellow members of the forum, I undertake to post a report as soon as I send my relatives further by stage along the rest route.
Stern
Hello test observer! I'm there, all in anticipation of pancakes.
Ines
Well, here I am ... with a report and without a photo ...
I immediately made a double portion of the recipe. Kneading with a mixer, moreover with brooms - it was difficult for the mixer, but it is familiar to me ... I put the dough in a 4-liter glass saucepan under a plastic film in the refrigerator. In my cell I had + 5C, the dough stood for a total of 9 hours. In the morning, it turned out that the dough rose very well, right under the film, and everything was in bubbles.
I made the first cake immediately and without everything - for testing. I realized what kind of dough - not sweet, very fluffy in baked goods. In my opinion, it is an ideal dough for experiments, very neutral. So it started - I baked in 3 pans at once, because time was running out, just when the guests finished with hot tea and started tea, I had my first portion ready. I did it with different heat, I did not add anything to the dough itself and did not upset it before baking, there was no time, and perhaps there was no need.
From my subjective observations:
- from a double amount of dough, about 20 pancakes are obtained
- the most lush ones are obtained in a frying pan with a thick bottom and under the lid
- the dough is easy to apply with a wet spoon, and most conveniently - with an oil
- the dough is very loyal to the hostess, even if you spin it - it does not burn for a long time
- the most beautiful pattern on the "skin" is obtained if you fry in butter, and most pretentious - if on vegetable
- pancakes with a sweet bake and with a fat one turned out the most delicious (the remains of jam and the remnants of different sausages fried with onions and lard), and next time I will certainly make sweet cottage cheese for the baking, today I personally really wanted it to these pancakes
- the men said that the tastiest of all are those with jam, if they are still dipped in condensed milk (they gobbled up the whole jar)
In general, the recipe is just what you need in the morning! Because this is what time you have to get up in order to prepare everything in the usual way ... and when to sleep?

As for the photo ... I prepared the camera in advance, like clever Masha. Grab it in the morning - but it's not on the table! I called my husband - where? And he took him to the airport ... to take off the planes. But this is not bad - he never brought it, he forgot it in the car. He made round eyes to my legitimate indignation and was surprised: "Why do you need it?"
So what to do with them, with these men?
Antonovka
Ines,
In general, the recipe is just what you need in the morning.
I, too, do not get tired of Stella thanking this recipe, but why ... But because I can eat such delicious things only in the morning, and I work from 8 in the morning ... And if there is a more sophisticated recipe, I will either be late for work or do not have time to bake pancakes ... Immediately I get up earlier, only 15 minutes - at an earlier time it does not work - and I have time to eat
Scarecrow
In the tree-stick. I have been making almost similar pancakes for a long time, only there are almost twice as many ingredients in the recipe. I thought that I was the only one so nosy - to put them in the refrigerator in the evening. I was going to lay out the recipe. Figo. Stella turned out to be more active and already laid out everything a long time ago. And I just saw the topic just now thanks to the post of Antonovka.

But you have thicker pancakes in the photo! I also want such pigs, I will go to more details on the difference, maybe your dough is thicker?
Antonovka
Scarecrow,
I, Natasha, at first drew attention to the thickness of the pancakes ... My aunt in the village used to make them like that - plump, hot, but how she did - I don't remember - she was small, and I don't know anymore - there is no Aunt Vali alive
But in the village, in general, everything was gigantic - what were some pies with cherries from the oven cost, they had no time to mold small ones ... I could never master a whole pie

Stern
Ines, I am very glad that the pancakes were successful! Thanks for the detailed debriefing!

Antonovka, I am very pleased that your recipe stuck!

Scarecrow, since I do not like thin pancakes, I have a rather thick dough for any pancakes.

Just unreal pancakes came out. : bravo: I put more sugar, my dough doubled in 4 hours. How fast they baked, how quickly they ate
