I put it in a cold cupcake and give it another 10-15 minutes. Bake for about 7 minutes. If it gets cold, I put in a new portion and again let the dough rest. You get baskets. And in the photo I did - a roll and cut into pieces. But I liked making cakes more. I do it in small portions (for 150 ml of milk + a spoonful of vegetable oil + 20 gr of butter +1 tablespoon of sour cream, a pinch of salt and tablespoons of sugar, 1 egg and 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast). ... Probably if I smeared them with yolk, they would come out more photogenic. For such baking, I usually use premium flour, and since I did not have it, the usual baker's flour was used and the result pleasantly surprised me.
