Jabatta will definitely conquer you the first time! Such wheat bread is prepared quite easily and not troublesome, therefore you can well please your family and friends with this wonderful pastry. And I'll tell you how to do it!
  • The dough was kneaded in the Kenwood kitchen machine. I added dry yeast to the sifted flour (pre-made a dough), salt, sugar, butter, tomatoes cut into pieces and, kneading at a minimum speed, gradually added water. And so I did two batches and one proofing

  • Then, after the second kneading, we form the dough into a ball. The dough should not stick to your hands. Grease the non-stick bowl with oil and add the dough.

  • We turn on the Shteba mode "Heating" 33g for 1 hour. We look - the dough should rise,

  • turn on the "frying" mode for 27 minutes. Then turn it over and another 7 minutes.
