I added a pinch of salt, and a tablespoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of baking powder, one and a half tablespoon of butter. I melted the butter in a micron. The dough will knead quickly and easily. I now always have this dough in the refrigerator. I roll it out very thinly. I put the circles in a cold cupcake. And the second batch too. This makes them neat. The dough is very tender and the same the next day.

Thank you all very much for the recipes and inspiration! I liked 2 recipes - sour cream dough from Fronya for salty pies and curd universal from Stern for sweets.
True, I had to suffer with sour cream - the indicated amount of flour turned out to be too large.But, by trial and error, we still managed to achieve a good result. So that - thank you very much authors!
But I did not stop there and continued to search for the perfect dough, trying various recipes I knew on my device. The main criteria: quickly, from the minimum number of products, but at the same time - delicious! And, quite unexpectedly, I found super option! Simple to the point of disgrace, but at the same time delicious! It goes well with both sweet and salty fillings, although I prefer salty ones (for sweet ones, I have another favorite!)

Maybe a little more or less. It is done almost by touch - the hand itself feels the desired consistency. The dough turns out to be very plastic, does not stick to hands, pleasant. It is better to let it lie in the refrigerator for a while, but you can roll it out right away.

It bakes very quickly. The pies are soft and very tasty. The dough can remain in the refrigerator for several days. It is convenient to make in the evening, and bake pies very quickly in the morning.
