We are testing baked goods in an accelerated mode, soon the family will not fit into the kitchen. cheesecake The cooking process is very easy, and the eating is so instant.

A week ago I also bought just such a model of a multicooker)

Hello! I really want to buy a multicooker, and have already opted for Philips 3077? There is one question: Philips HD3077 / 40 and Philips HD3077 are the same or not? In the store, the instructions say just 3077 and I can't find the answer to my question. What is written in the instructions attached to your cartoon?

The numbers through the slash in Phillips articles indicate the color of the product. It's just that some indicate it, others do not. All the same, this model has one color, there are no others. Therefore, some do not write. So don't worry, they are the same thing.

I felt the 36th model in the store, which is almost a Dex-60 clone. Outwardly beautiful, you will not say anything. The saucepan is super. BUT! Unlike Dex, the lid is not removable! Those for whom a removable cover is important should pay attention to this.

My instructions just say 3077, the box also says Avance Collection. Although at the office. the site indicated exactly the numbers 3077/40, it was also written on the website of the Internet store where I bought the cartoon. What's the catch - no idea

I wrote a little higher, what's the catch. Phillips does not list these numbers on the boxes. So not only with multicooker, but in general with all Phillips equipment. It's just a color designation

Clearly, thanks, otherwise I didn't really encounter Phillips

Philips HD 3077 was presented to me a couple of weeks ago and immediately entrusted the oven with pies according to the existing recipes and not only! all the time the top turned out to be damp and tried to leave it on heating after baking (with an increase in time, the bottom burns)
watermelon 26
I realized that I needed to find a regime for myself. not blindly follow the recipe

You need to bake on Baking. The top of the baking in any multicooker will be light and without a crust. Because there is no heating element on top, only a small one, for drying the condensate and that's it. But the pies are baked. To disguise the white top, you can brush with an egg and sprinkle generously with poppy seeds or cocoa.

light is not a problem, namely damp or wet ... maybe not really 180 degrees, but longer. so that the bottom does not burn

Bake in the Baking program. Only on Baking there is at least some heating from above. On Baking, everything should bake well. The time usually needs a standard one, which is set by default in the program.

180 degrees in a multitude and 180 degrees in an oven are two big differences; parallels here with the oven and its temperatures do not need to be drawn at all.

I am very interested in the question about cheesecake (it is in the attached book), is it necessary to use the specified type of cheese or can it be replaced with any other?
watermelon 26
I do not compare with the oven, but I bake in the oven mode and as indicated in the recipe 180, vooot

The cheesecake is usually Philadelphia. But you can take any ordinary soft curd and rub it through a sieve, it will also be delicious.

Then excuse me, I thought about the manual mode, but your baking is regulated there, for sure, I remembered. Well, as I say, the recipes there are probably not correct, because 180 in a cartoon is a lot. Typically, in cartoons, the baking program runs at 130-140 degrees for about 45-60 minutes (like some cartoon). Approximately so and be guided. Good luck!

Yes, at least throw out the recipes: Ds confuse. already doing a lot in my own way and ..... it turns out. but at first I was upset with such a gift;) I will really make the pace slower and the time longer. to whom can I write a recipe for carrot cake,
watermelon 26
thanks for the advice, we will experiment and surprise! :) Has anyone tried to make yogurt in it?
zita
I know only one case of cooking yogurt, they say I did not like it. I didn’t do it, I have such a function in my bread maker and I don’t experiment

HI GIRLS!!!! I chose, I chose, and to no purpose .... I aimed at Deksik 60, but it is not there and I do not want to wait. But I already want to create something in the cartoon. I looked closely at Philips, also like a niche. Owners of Phillips, tell me, does something different from Dex for the better, there is a manual mode, and can the heating be turned off or adjusted more? I look at Philips HD 3036/03 and HD3077 / 40
marcy
Girls, and milk porridges do not "run away" in Phillips? did someone cook them on a timer?
I can not decide
zita
no, I do it all the time, don't run away

exiga
in milk porridge, it is very desirable to add water to milk, especially to homemade fatty milk, then it will definitely not run away
exiga
The Philips 3077/40 has a manual mode: the main programs with fairly flexible temperature and time settings, but heating cannot be programmed to turn off, alas!

Thank you! I always mix milk for porridge with water 50/50, because it is homemade and very fatty.

Well, I chose 3036, showed it to my husband, now I'm waiting for a gift for the new year :-)

cool, I watched it, but still stopped the choice on my own, I did not like the buttons, they are somehow deeply hidden under the panel and it was inconvenient for me to press. I wish you a happy shopping

Girls, and who saw them two side by side, are they the same in terms of compactness or 3077 more? than 3036? Zita, do you have a function to turn off the heating before cooking?

The same. B 36 is a non-removable lid. At 77 I didn't pay attention

I saw two side by side, chose one of them. The 3077 is, of course, larger in size, but the 3036 is more miniature, but it took demolition control and I bought the 3077. I can't say anything about this function, I haven't really figured it out yet, can someone else tell me by reading the comments. I'm not at all sure that there is such a function at all, it's not a bread maker, where you need to heat water or milk to a certain temperature, here I have this in a bread maker

Is it? True, I saw them not side by side with each other, but, so to speak, one by one, but they seemed to me the same size. Both are like toys - such cute little liacs. If 77 or more, then the difference in size is very insignificant.

And I had in mind the heating that automatically turns on after the end of the cooking program. Some have a pre-disable function. And another question, but does your MV have a manual mode?
And thank you ALL for your responsiveness !!!! So I already want to pile something, but I still can't choose. These 2 MV are different in terms of displacement, but I don't care what 4 or 5 liters, the family is small. And if the 3036 is smaller, then that could be a plus. Nothing is said about manual mode anywhere. And whether there is a removable cover in 3036 is not known ...

The 36 has no removable cover! At least a cursory examination did not reveal any pimples for which the lid could be pulled.

And Polina and I felt it and were amazed that Phil was stingy with the removable cover. And at 77 they didn't look at the model - they just glanced over the top. Both are beautiful, of course. I won't say anything about 77, but 36 is no better than 60, in some ways it is even inferior (it seems to me). But beautiful, contagion. And what wonderful saucepans are in them. Due to the color, the crumbs seem smaller than dex.

there is heating, it will work until you turn it off yourself, I do not use it. manual mode is, as I understand it, to set the cooking time and temperature myself, it is. the covers are not removable in both, I checked and the consultants say the same

I have already been and settled on Dex 60, but they are NOT. I even ordered it on Fotos, the declaration number was even sent to me, and then they call and say that they are not there and will be at the end of the month at best .... And I'm already at a low start
azaza
For such a price, they could not have been a penny with lids
And the temperatures on the manual are the same as in Dex (40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180 *)?
And I'm a little confused with baking - is it necessary to set the temperature on the baking in 36 models, or to 77? Or both? As for baking, another 140 * would be useful: 120 is not enough, 150 is too much.

So can you still wait for a new party? At least for the sake of a removable cover. Without it, of course, you can also live, but if for the same money you can take the same cartoon, only in a different color scheme, but with a removable lid, it is better to wait.

Are the temperatures the same as in Dexica? I listed them in my post. Or are there any other intermediate ones?
And if you just bake, without manual temperature selection - is this possible? It's just that in Dex, without choosing a temperature, the program itself bakes at the most optimal temperature, and this is very convenient. And if for some reason the built-in mode does not suit you, there is a manual one for that.
Maishka
And here they wrote about 77 like this:

Pingvinus, if about the inner, then yes, removable, and the valve is removed

just looked, bakes both automatically and with temperature setting: 40, 60, 80,100,120,150,180 - that's all

Yeah, I see. The temperatures are the same as in Dex. And it's good, by the way, that in baking you can do without independent temperature selection, or you can choose. Did you pay attention to whether the lid is warming up on the baking? In Dexs, the top ten only works for baking and stewing. The heating element does not work on the manual heater even at high temperatures, because of this condensation forms (an undesirable phenomenon for baking).

I can't say this, I did a manna once, but I exhibited it manually, the top turned out to be white and I didn't like it, but if, as you write that this can happen on auto baking, then you need to try it, maybe the top will brown.

No, the temperature of the upper heating element is only enough to evaporate the condensate.
