Ingredients

Meat (pork or chicken) 300 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Ground paprika 1 tsp
Red pepper pinch
Flour 2 tsp
Sunflower oil for frying

Cooking method

  • The idea for the recipe is taken from a culinary show. There, an American chef marinated steaks in a mixture of salt, sugar, paprika and red pepper.
  • I adapted the recipe for myself for a regular frying pan.
  • So, cut the meat into portions, dry.
  • Mix spices and flour. Cover the meat with them, stir until beautifully breaded pieces are obtained - and immediately into a preheated pan.
  • I also marinated meat for barbecue in this way (naturally without flour). It turned out very tasty and unusual.
