Ingredients
Cherry 100 pcs
Cherry leaves 60pcs
Water 1 liter
Sugar 1100 gr
Citric acid 0.5 tsp is possible without it
Cooking method

Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, add cherries and cherry leaves. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes, the cherries should give color to the water. Cool and strain the resulting broth. Add sugar to the broth, bring to a boil and cook, stirring for 15 minutes, remove the foam, add lemon 4 minutes before the end of cooking. Pour into sterilized jars and roll up.
Note: When I was a little grandmother who cooked this syrup, we children diluted it with water from a siphon, nothing tastier can be imagined. Already adults and still remember him with aspiration.
