Rolls with cherries

Ingredients

Cherry*
Rice paper
Sugar
Vanillin
Liquor
Ghee for frying
Fat sour cream

Cooking method

  • Remove pits from cherries, cut in half if desired. I didn't cut.
  • Mix with sugar, vanilla, liqueur. Leave for 5-10 minutes for the cherry to juice.
  • Put in a frying pan and simmer until the cherries are soft for 5-7 minutes.
  • Immerse the rice paper in warm water for 15 seconds (no longer !!!!!!). Spread on a cotton towel, blot on top with a towel.
  • Set aside some of the cherries with juice. Lay out 1 st. l. fillings, wrap.
  • Fry in ghee for 1 minute per side. Put on a dish.
  • Beat the sour cream with the delayed cherries and juice.
  • When serving, pour sour cream over the rolls.
  • Rolls with cherries
  • Delicious!! Today instead of lunch !!!
