Caramelized peaches stuffed with coconut rice and rosemary

Ingredients

For rice:
Round rice 1/2 m. St. 200 ml.
The cream is fatter 200 ml.
Water 100 ml.
Sugar or condensed milk 1 tbsp. l.
Vanillin
For coconut mass:
Boiling water 150 ml.
Coconut flakes 30 gr.
The peaches are not too ripe about 10 pieces depending on the size
Brown sugar 1 tsp for a peach
Strawberry by the number of peaches
Fresh rosemary twig

Cooking method

  • Boil delicious rice in a slow cooker.
  • I usually use round or Krasnodar, Crimean. I wash it 4 times. We send to the bowl. Fill with cream and water. Add vanillin and sugar. I added condensed milk. Such a good spoon. After the end of the program (I have Porridge, pressure 3), open and mix. Trying for sweetness. Close and let cool completely.

  • Preparing the coconut mass.
  • Grind coconut in a coffee grinder. Fill with boiling water. Cover immediately and let it brew. After cooling, beat well with an immersion blender. Mix this mass with rice. Add more vanillin if necessary and sweeten if necessary.
  • You can whip this beauty with an immersion blender, or you can leave it that way. This is already insanely delicious - believe me. Cool the mass. You can even freeze it. There will be ice cream. Or just in the refrigerator.

  • Peaches ....

  • Cut in half and carefully remove the pit.

  • Let's caramelize them. This is not difficult. I used to be afraid too.
  • Pour brown sugar into a cold frying pan and heat until melted.
  • Arrange peaches quickly, cut side down. Bake. Turn over. Bake. Take off. For everything about everything - a couple of minutes. And I swear - the frying pan does not burn, but it is better to take the old one.

  • Fill the peaches with coconut rice.
  • Decorate with strawberries and rosemary sprig, caramel strands. Crush a few berries (any) with a fork - let there be a little sauce.

PEACHES - fruits of the tree of the same name 3-5 m high with elongated-lanceolate serrate leaves and numerous pink flowers. Drupes are round or oval, greenish-white, with a blush and a longitudinal groove.

Peaches are grown in the south of Europe, in the USA, Japan, Turkey; in the former USSR - in Central Asia, on the southern coast of Crimea, in Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine. The pulp is juicy, aromatic, yellowish-greenish, with a red tint near the deeply grooved bone, contains up to 15% sugar, organic acids, pectin (gelling) and nitrogenous substances, mineral salts, vitamins A, B1, B2, P, vitamin C (10 mg %).

Peaches are widely used in food both fresh and processed (preserves, jams, jam, juices, compotes). The fruits are pubescent and smooth-skinned, with a bone that is easily and difficult to separate from the pulp. Peaches with a separating stone are more juicy and tender, their flesh is friable, with a small content of pectin substances. They are mainly used raw or for juicing and for drying. They are unsuitable for jam, as they quickly boil. Fruits with a hard-to-separate bone have a denser, somewhat cartilaginous pulp, from which you can make excellent compotes and jam. Peaches are perishable fruits: at room temperature they can be stored for no more than 7 days, at a temperature of about 0 ° C - up to 2 months.

Distinguish between table, canning and dried fruit varieties of peaches. The best of them: Mayfiev (May flower), Alexander early, Fluffy, Juicy, Anton Chekhov, Golden Jubilee, Elberta, Canning early, Zlatogor, Laureate, Lola, Abundant, Start, Farhad.

Irishik is always welcome! I am now in love with coconut flakes. And despite the fact that the children do not eat it. The rice was eaten and nothing was taken apart. There is a fragrance, but no pieces.

The idea came up unexpectedly. The rice was cooked for other purposes, but the peaches disappeared. And nothing came to mind that "uh" did not come. So I combined it! Thank you very much for your feedback!
