Yes, I also had the same with him. Capricious, you need less water, I guess. Although I was not impressed by my taste and no longer bake. And I bought two bags of corn flour. I thought at once - and where is it now. And then she began to add pancakes to the pancake dough by a couple of spoons. Great to taste, and golden, so lovely! Moreover, the bread was baked in the oven (and the kneading and the first proofing - in KhP). So, the second proofing is in a special proofing basket made of vine. And, it turned out, it needs to be sprinkled with corn flour before putting the dough in it. So that it does not stick and jump out of it well. So on the sly one packet was almost used up.

Thanks for the advice, I won't either. I want to try with rice. mmmm the cupcake starts to smell

We liked the bread to taste. I won't say that it is very different from those that I baked, unless the smell of corn is caught (I also added corn oil). The crust turned out to be thick (I set the wrong color of the crust), because I set too much time (it was a little overdried, but baked so well). All the same, the bread turned out to be successful. Maybe that's why the roof didn't collapse after baking, because I set too much time and dried it.

Tell me, pzhalsta, who knows: is it possible to cook rice or buckwheat porridge in a bread machine on the "Jam" program? And with a timer. I was just asked this question.

yes ... I cooked .. yummy ... just super ... just for rice, I need to set a little more time (1 hour (IN MY OPINION) - not enough - a little rice crunches or something) ..

Hello everyone!!! I come to you. Take bakers into your ranks
Tomorrow I will go for my beauty. For a long time my husband and I chose, at first I wanted the Kenwood 450, but after reading the reviews I was disappointed, we liked the old Panasonic models, but as it turned out they were no longer on sale (we wanted 257), for a long time we could not decide between 2501 and 2502, but the design of 2502 won, and tomorrow, I hope, she already buts mine !!!
For about a week I have been studying this site, by the way, thanks to him I stopped at Panasonic. So, I read a lot here, I even prepared a little: yesterday I went shopping, bought different varieties of flour, yeast and, taking into account the topic about the bun, I bought a silicone spatula and a brush in addition. But I did not understand one thing, why almost all the bread in the photographs is on metal grates? Can't you just put it on a plate or on a wooden board?
In general, I can't wait for tomorrow, I really want to bake something in it

Buy, Panasonic good stoves. And the bread lies on the grates, because people can't wait to take pictures of handsome men in the heat, in the heat. When you take out the bread, put it on the wire rack to cool and cover it with a towel. In the plate, it will steam up hot and wet from below. And already when it has cooled completely, then they transfer it even to a plate, even to a bread bin.
By the way, I completely switched from dry yeast to pressed yeast a week after buying HP. And now I'm trying to start baking with leaven. In this case, in your model, a yeast dispenser will be an unnecessary and very noisy addition. If you have definitely decided to bake with dry yeast, then 2502 is what you need. And if not, it will be very annoying his constant very loud clapping. especially if it's at night. So think about it. I have 2501 - the same as yours, but without this charm. The truth is white. And yours is stainless. Maybe you like this one better. By the way, you saw her alive, so to speak. I liked her in the pictures, but I was disappointed in the store. And next to mine stood - sugar. I read a poem somewhere, I don't remember. It began with the words:
The Panasonic bread maker is a lovely white elephant.
This is about mine, I guess. Well, of course I'm not discouraging it. They all bake perfectly.

Live, so to speak, I saw, specially went to Eldorado, there they were all. No, I liked the white one too, and the yeast dispenser is not particularly needed, but the silver with black is more attractive to my husband than the white one, and I also like it. I was frightened by their impressive size, I thought they were smaller, much less, but nothing, I love her anyway. And I also want to learn how to bake yeast-free bread, but for now I'll start with the simplest yeast one.

I see. Only her husband liked her "silent", so to speak. He doesn't know yet that the yeast dispenser sounds like a shot. And it will not be possible to turn it off, even if you use pressed yeast (you cannot put them in this dispenser) or sourdough, the dispenser will still clap.

Have you already looked after the place, where will you put it? And sometimes it is impossible to open the lid, but we mainly have hinged cabinets. They get in the way. I have a separate one on the curbstone, but my mother pushes it out from under the cabinets when she bakes.
Good luck with your purchase.

Yes, the place is the Great Problem! At first, my stove was on the table next to the stove - I was tortured to scrub the fat off it. I began to close the bag when I was cooking. Aesthetics is awful! When we bought Panasika, I persuaded my husband to send me a separate shelf in another corner. And now two of my favorite kitchen devices are standing next to each other: Panasik and Saechka.

This is exactly what I do. I'll put it on a wooden board. So my grandmother did. And nothing has ever been steamed. Apparently the board is not a plate.

It's good that you wrote this magic phrase ... URGENTLY REMOVE TOWEL !!! The crust will be so crispy that the floor of the table will be crumbled from it!
Hmm, it's true. I confirm. Immediately from the stove - the roof is soft. Under a towel until the morning - hard and the floor of the table in crumbs. But yummyyatinaaa !!!

They do not give the act. They say that if the same malfunction occurs twice in a row, then if you bring it the third time (with the same breakdown), then we will give the act. It's useless to argue with our Service Center. Everyone complains about him, but everything remains the same. And then, it seems, they did the belt tension and the x / stove works. They said it would be for a long time. I like my Mulka (when in working order) and really want her to work for a long time (I bought her a new bucket). Now I specifically work on it every day, because while it is under warranty, it seems to knead and bake. In the store where they took this x / stove, there are no more such ones, they are not imported. And in others it is 2 thousand more expensive (if you take the money and buy it in another store). After the guarantee, I will trust her husband, he will fix it. As it will not be possible to establish - I will throw it out.

Now it is clear. And then: "I will be decisive! .." If you like it, it is not cured. Himself like that. And in the service they lie, essesno about two identical breakdowns. The Consumer Protection Union puts such liars on both shoulders at a time. Let's hope that I won't be naughty anymore

damn, this is a problem of ALL FREE service centers .. if you fix it for money ... then one day and everything is ready in the best possible way ... as free .. so you wait for three weeks ... Therefore, I don't want to bother too much with little-known models for which spare parts are not three weeks, but all six will have to wait ... I think everyone understands the hint!

Marin, in size, of course, must also be selected! If a lot of bread is not eaten, and small HP does not bake! In FIG then you need a big one? And to drive electricity in vain (for big bread) .. The right choice is based on your needs!

Thank you dear Wit, for your support and understanding! I really hope so too. My mulka (in appearance) is very beautiful, as good as new and bakes a lot of good things. There are 16 good programs there and I really hope that the service center cured it for me. Moulinex is a gift, and Panasonic is my dream come true. Although I would still like to hear from knowledgeable people: how can you tension the belt (it can simply be replaced, how is it pulled)? He has already flown 2 times and the service center said that everything is fine, over time this should have happened.

The crooks said that. After all, everything was turned inside out. If "over time", then how? Year? Two? But certainly not months! And the main lie: not "... this should be ...", quite even "... and could ..." happen. And it is not even necessary at all! If suddenly, ugh, ugh, tfu! flies off again, then kick them in the mouth, well, if not with a fist, then a hundred or two. Let them choke, but put new belt. As for how the belt is tightened, I think that your husband will figure it out without difficulty. He probably knows more meanings of this word.

and what do you write in the acts of work performed? or do they change the belt, and write something else so that "the breakdown does not recur"? Twice the same thing - already a reason to hand it over to the store! And the warranty is extended for the period that it was in the service?

And in the act they wrote: repeated repair (in the first act they wrote the belt fell off). They do not paint more widely and say that it is being repaired and the stove cannot be replaced. The last time I met not very well, but still an acquaintance and asked through her for the master to explain everything in more detail: what to fear in the future and what to tune in to. She seemed to say that the master promised that he would work for a long time. But I don’t know - we’ll see ... The warranty is extended for the period of repair.

No, he knew everything about the loud dispenser. And by the way, I bought this wonderful stove !!!! I just flew from Moscow .... I came home and try it soon! In general, I already have "LIFT" there - my dough is kneaded! And, I tell you, there are no frightening pops in it, yes - the dispenser works louder than the general noise of the stove, but I did not even immediately understand what it was, only after the second or third knock I realized that the yeast dispenser had worked and was definitely not scared (as someone wrote here), although she was standing nearby and was already distracted from the stove, she went about her business. And we sleep on the 2nd floor, from the kitchen at night, we’ll hardly hear him. So who else doubts about the loud yeast dispenser, don't worry, these are all little things, OVEN SUPER !!!!
I'm waiting for some bread !!!

Perhaps this phrase should sound like this: "... So who else doubts about the loud yeast dispenser and sleeps on the 2nd floor, not behind the wall, all these are little things ... "
Lagri
And we already do not notice the sound of the dispenser. You get used to everything (good) quickly. Although, when the first time this sound was heard, or rather, I heard (I was alone in the kitchen), I shuddered a little, did not think that it was opening with a sound (then I warned my household members). Nobody just warned me, and I bought Panasonic without looking at the reviews, I just really wanted such a x / n.

You shouldn't be ironic. I don't think that people buying a bread maker will decide to put it in the bedroom, by the way, it doesn't matter what floor it is on. I talked about my house, but I didn’t say that we have very poor soundproofing, from the kitchen in my room you can hear all the conversations, and how in the morning a parrot screams (also standing in the kitchen) my brain explodes.
I myself, after reading the reviews, was afraid of this dispenser, and did not want to buy because of the rumble, about which they wrote here, I think that many people bought 2501 for this reason, not 2502.Yes, I completely forgot one more small detail, we live near Yaroslavka and, perhaps, from the constant hum of cars, we already have hearing problems.
Okay, the bread will be baked soon and then it will be possible to understand if the bread maker is good.

Wit, yes, I was not offended at you, it just became insulting for the stove

Yes, the timer is accurate there, second per second, you can believe. Only the beep at the end of the regime is not very loud, I would like it louder. Because if in the next room the music is not very loud or the TV is on, sometimes I don't hear it. Although my hearing is normal.
Mona1
By the way, when it picks up, press the stop, and DO NOT open the lid yet. Let the bread come to life for 10 minutes. And the bucket will cool down a little, it will be easier with it, so as not so hot, and the bread is shaken out better at the same time.
Kirywa
Mona1, thank you! Another 10 minutes will have to wait. Anyway. I have a question: the book says - after the signal, turn off the power and immediately take out the bread, why should you wait? and if the bread is baked at night, I cannot take it out immediately. Explain to me, please.

Well, they write a lot of things, including that HP is designed for dry yeast, but we bake in it with both wet and leavened yeast. Many people even fry meat and make French fries.
And to take it out not immediately - firstly, some useful processes in bread are still going on there. And yet, after pressing the stop, the stove turns off and the crust, if not immediately removed, softens a little from the moisture and then you can easily shake out the bread, the mixer does not remain in the bread. I wait 15-20 minutes with wheat-rye, and then take it out.
By the way, if the signal sounded, and you did not press the stop, then the heating elements continue to work a little more to keep the bread warm, if you suddenly overslept and did not hear the signal.

Hello countrywoman. Only I am from that part of Donetsk, which is the city. Have you had Panasonic for a long time? I have five months. I'm already tired of just baking in it. More and more often I knead in it, and bake in the oven on a stone. And right now on a branch about non-standard forms for Panasonic hit. Now in Panasonic I bake a brick of bread in GOST forms.

Good day to all!!! : flowers: Here morning has come! And I have fresh bread in the morning. I report: today it turned out much better, the roof sagged a little on one side only. I basically have a recipe like this: 240 - wheat, 120 - rye, 2-3 tbsp. spoons (25 g) - fiber, the rest up to 120 g - wheat (i.e. 240-wheat, 120-rye, 120-whole grain). Liquids -310g, salt-1 tsp, sugar-1 tbsp. l., vegetable oil-1.5 tbsp. l. I also added semolina - 2 tbsp. l. (her weight went into whole grain flour). I measure everything on electronic scales, they have been present in my kitchen for a long time. I put on a delay for 8-9 hours. That is, in the evening I knead for the morning, or in the morning (8 am) for the evening (at 7 pm).Yesterday I left it on your advice for 20 minutes. in the off stove, it turned out much better !!! In general, a bad roof or a good one, but the bread is always good !!! Very tasty!!! Everything is eaten up by summer. I think that you need to add more water, because fiber and semolina love more water. I added raisins once, dry carrots with onions - once, herbs, dry kvass - and every time it was very tasty !!! Especially with raisins. All functions of the stove are very well thought out, I did not even expect such convenience. The bucket is easily inserted, the bread is taken out at a time, the spatula does not get stuck, the crust is fried perfectly, I always put it on the middle one. I bake 1-2 times a day. Very easy and convenient. The stove itself is so nice, I stroke it every time and talk to it (that's the lyrics). But she's generally done well. I think I will correct the bun on the weekend. Our air is very humid, the flour is probably soaked. And the rest of the ingredients too. Dear Rinochka, thanks to you I bought this particular model, and it FULLY suits me !!! Thank you!!! The dispenser works very well too. Happy bread to everyone !!! (as I learn, I'll post a photo, I promise !!!).
