Ingredients

Chicken fillet 1 kg
Garlic 2 cloves
Dry white wine 100 ml
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
Basil greens 1 bundle
Pepper, salt taste
Lemon 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Divide the chicken breasts into small pieces.
  • Prepare the marinade: mix lemon zest and juice, crushed garlic, dry white wine, olive oil and herbs.
  • Leave the chicken in the marinade for at least 4 hours.
  • This is the original recipe from the Picnic Dishes book.
  • Now the presentation in my version:
  • 1. Rinse the chicken legs. Place in a pickling container (I have a regular enamel saucepan).
  • 2. Put squeezed garlic, wine (I had a semi-dry red, the taste did not spoil from this in the finished dish), a mixture of Italian herbs (sold ready-made in stores), pepper, salt. Cut the lemon into four slices and chop. All this was mixed together with the legs and only then added the olive oil. She mixed everything completely and in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning I mixed it again. And at lunch they fried it all on a wire rack. Tasty, only the taste is unusual, there is no characteristic smell of chicken.
