Chicken stuffed with pancakes

Ingredients

Medium chicken
Large onion 1 PC.
Champignon
Egg 1 PC.
Spices (your favorites)
For pancakes:
Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Milk 1 l
Rast. oil 100 g
Egg 10 pieces.

Cooking method

  • (much more pancakes are obtained from this amount than necessary for stuffing, 1/2 serving is enough)
  • Remove the entire skin from the chicken, being careful not to damage it. Separate the meat from the bones and make minced meat, add raw onions, chopped and lightly fried mushrooms, spices (I have turmeric, coriander, saffron, black pepper, dry mint), salt, one egg.
  • Bake thin pancakes.
  • Put the filling (raw) on the pancake and wrap it in a tube.
  • Place the pancakes in the prepared chicken skin. (If the skin is carefully removed and not torn, then fold, giving the shape of a chicken). Sew up or fasten with toothpicks. I cook in a similar way, but I don't put such spices, they interrupt the mushroom aroma. I cut pancakes with filling into two parts.
And when removing the skin, I leave the wings and legs entirely.
