Pie with Streisel Gingerbread in a multicooker Polaris 0508D floris

Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs
draining. butter (margarine) 100 g
Sahara 0.5 st
honey 0.5 st
milk 2/3 st.
baking powder 10 gr.
flour 2.5 tbsp.
salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves by a pinch
Apple 1 average
for crumb
flour 1/3 Art.
draining. oil 50 gr.
Sahara 1/4 Art.
cinnamon, ginger 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • The recipe is taken from the site
  • Melt the butter and cool.
  • Peel the apple and grate on a medium grater. (I did without the apple)
  • Grind eggs white with sugar, add melted butter, stir with a mixer.
  • Sift the flour, add baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves (if you don't have cloves in powder, then just grate clove sticks on the finest grater or grind in a coffee grinder), apple, honey, milk, beaten eggs with butter and mix. The dough will be thick.
  • Grease a mold with butter and lay out the dough.
  • Prepare the streusel.
  • Mix butter into crumbs (you can grate it beforehand), sugar, flour with added ginger and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the streusel on top of the dough.
  • Place the saucepan with the dough in the multicooker, close the lid, turn on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour. After the slow cooker lets you know that the pie is ready, take out the saucepan, let the pie cool slightly in the pan, and then turn the pie twice so that the streusel side is on top of you.
