Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic

Ingredients

chicken / thigh 1.3-1.5kg
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Dry white / red wine 200 ml
mixture of provencal herbs taste
freshly ground black pepper pinch
salt
unpeeled garlic 40 pcs

Cooking method

  • Fry the chicken pieces in vegetable oil and place in a baking dish. After frying the chicken, do not pour out the oil, but fry 40 unpeeled garlic cloves on it for 2-3 minutes, then pour the garlic with wine, let it boil. Then add salt, pepper, sprinkle with a mixture of Provencal herbs, remove from heat.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, cover the mold with a lid or tighten with foil and put in the oven for 1.5 hours, temperature - 200g.
  • The chicken turns out to be very tasty, and the sauce .... this is a separate song, and even savoring bread is delicious!

We didn't eat all of the garlic, so I added it to the onion sauce, beat it - the sauce turned out to be cool!
