And the tenovaya is not bad, it is less aggressive. I tried 1054 heating elements, not induction, and so I liked it more than induction. From a purely technical point of view, induction is possible and better, but in the philistine-preparatory plan I liked the ten more.
A very great advantage of this multicooker is that there is a SMART system, that is, a self-diagnosis system, food simply cannot be spoiled (or try very hard to do it).

Whoa! Heating element, induction, automatic on the lid ...
Can be more?
What influences what and how?

Hello everyone)))
They brought me my little green Orsyusha
SympatiShnyyyyy ... I was afraid that the color would be vigorous, but he was so ... rather pistachio, or something ... well, very cute!
I read the instructions - but I don’t have the strength to read to the end (although I understand that this is necessary), I’m so impatient to try my Orsyusha in action.
In general, now I will turn on and cook for the first time in a multicooker-pressure cooker. I will cook porridge. I dreamed so much about this delicious milk porridge
And then I'll try the omelet (I want tender and airy).
The third preparation will be meat.
Anyway, congratulate me

Nymph
Hello dear members of the forum, I ask for your valuable advice.
For some time I have to choose between Oursson MP5005PSD and Cuckoo 1054.

It is supposed to cook everything, well, or almost everything, maybe, except for baking. Including cereals, omelets, baked and stewed meat and vegetable dishes. I ask you to develop some of my doubts, because I read the topics related to both models with passion. I made the following conclusions for myself:

Oursson MP5005PSD

pros:
1.price
2.design in terms of color resolution (I found a model in orange, which is very relevant for me, I don’t know if it will be possible to buy one, since almost everyone writes about pistachio and beige ones)
3. As far as I understood from the topic - in manual mode there is no heating after cooking - that is, it will not dry

cons, but rather the features that alerted me:
1. tenovy heating - until I figure out what it will be + or "-" for me - but apparently I will not try and recognize
2. The valve for the release of steam is mechanical - I also read this in the topic and until I understand all the consequences of this feature.
3. there is no container for collecting condensate - instead of it there is a gutter, that is, do you remove the lid and it can overflow? or is it not? - I would like to know how much the chute copes with its function, if someone used both models - as it is more convenient to whom - please share your experience.
4. until you buy an additional saucepan - but I think it's a matter of time, and by the time I master this tool, everything will be quite real

Cuckoo 1054 - and here the advantages and disadvantages (in my understanding of course) are reversed

pros:
1. Induction heating - as I understand it, because of it, the process goes a little faster - in terms of heating.
2.the valve for the release of steam is automatic - that is, she does it herself - and my presence here is not required
3.there is a container for condensate - that is, you remove the lid and nothing is guaranteed to pour out of it
4.additional it seems like you can buy a saucepan - but you have to watch

minuses:
1.price - in comparison with Oursson - as I understood it is almost 2 times more expensive - but at the moment the price is only a question of the moment of purchase, that is, not so fundamental
2.design - well, it does not fit into my orange-steel kitchen, white color - maybe beige or at least yellow - but white
3. until I figured out whether the automatic heating is turned off in manual mode or not - you can't cover everything at once - please tell me.

By the number of modes, both saucepans suit me. If anyone can compare both models from personal experience - please tell me which one is better at roasting?
If anyone can tell you some more features of these models, I will be very grateful, and my friends and relatives, especially - because I have already taken out the brain to everyone around

condensate really collects under the lid, but this does not cause any particular problems, for me, in any case, if I cook with pressure just how the program ends, or wait for the valve to release steam by itself, or let it drain itself depends on what I am cooking and for how long I put I put a little time for cooking, I do a lot of pressure and then leave the dish to "reach" and vice versa) and I just quickly turn the lid over and all the water remains in it "voila ..." the only problem in my opinion is ors och. the smell from the gum is badly washed off, i.e. if you cook something special (garlic + spices + something else with a characteristic smell) gum Pts. for a long time it smells of what it was cooking, but in principle, this does not affect subsequent preparations, although the gum smells (after chicken with spices, milk porridge does not smell of anything except milk)
Nymph
Larissa, so as far as I understood from your answer - the valve is still automatic - and will let off steam at the end of the program?
I understood about the gum - but for me if the subsequent food does not smell, then it is not critical
larisa64
there is a switch on the lid, i.e. if you want the weight to end quickly, you simply move it to the descent and that's it, but if it doesn't switch. then the MBA herself finishes the dish
Nymph
Thank you very much - dispel my misunderstandings, I more or less understood with the valve, with condensate too.
If someone else wants to leave their comments, I will be very grateful! Since before that I had not used any MV at all, then I probably did not fully catch some other moments.
larisa64
I bought it for the first time in May, too. shoveled a lot of things in the end bought me orsyushka very good. I like my hands are almost free, and I began to devote more time to the child, and not to the stove

automatic heating is disabled in manual mode
In Kuku, automatic heating is disabled only in the long-cooking mode, in all others, heating is turned on.

Kuku 1054 has automatic valve control, with the possibility of manual reset.

Serious
In a closed pressure cooker, talking about heating the environment is ridiculous. If there is any difference, it is insignificant. As for the valve - manual is more convenient, when I used devices with auto valves - it was enraged. As for induction - in a pressure cooker-multicooker - it's more of a publicity stunt, not a real plus. As for the price - the cookies are fucking expensive, they are not worth it even once. Therefore, I chose Orson for myself - it is more balanced in terms of price / quality.
As for the color scheme - ivory and green apple are available for order, 2 other colors are expected not earlier than in a month. About add. pots - we expect, but there are no specific dates yet.

Hello everyone! I want to buy this unit for myself, but I can't find the temperature on the Yogurt program. For me this is a decisive question, at temperatures above 40, this is no longer yogurt.
OlgaU
And I am still tormented with the choice, but I have almost decided on this beauty, only now there is an unclear question ... but does she fry slowly? The temperatures are not written anywhere, here in Mulinex everything is specific: frying - 180 degrees, frying -140, but how? I found somewhere that the maximum is 130, but it's probably slow? Dispel my doubts please
Tonika
If necessary, I quickly fry 147 gr. Fries normally, heats up for a long time 8-10 minutes. the saucepan is not thin.

The day before yesterday I became the happy owner of this wonderful multi soft green color .. This is the first slow cooker in my life: zero experience, but a lot of enthusiasm !! The picture is somewhat darkened by the first experiments with porridge made of oatmeal. For two days I tried different proportions and different milk (I generally prefer on water, but decided to experience the effect of "languishing" and added milk), the second time I set time 10 in the "Porridge" mode, And STILL, SHE Escaped THROUGH THE VALVE !!! The pressure is always 0. What to do? Is there a win-win algorithm that produces great oatmeal in the morning? Thank you!))

I do not have a Oursson pressure cooker, but I cook oatmeal for 3 minutes at maximum pressure in my pressure cooker). You cooked without pressure, maybe that's why she ran away? It is important to understand the principle) Pressure is not created from the bottom, pushing the porridge through the valve) - it is created between the liquid and the lid, pressing the contents to the bottom of the pan. In this state, foam does not form at all, since the contents are, as it were, pressed down by a layer of air expanding under pressure, which means that there is nowhere for the milk to escape. The proportions I take are such 0.5 liters of milk, 0.5 liters of water, 150 ml of oatmeal (exactly ml, not grams - I don’t know how much by weight, I measure it with a multi-glass.)

Thanks for the advice! I cooked the first porridge with pressure, but it probably ran away when the pressure was released (after all, at the end of the program, the pressure is released, right?) I can't say for sure, "the pot cooks" exclusively at night, so that a miracle happens by morning ..) ) and I love the escaping porridge urgently and half asleep)) I will try to use your advice and recipe in the afternoon. And trace.

Yes, I definitely need an educational program on the use of pressure ... For example, the second porridge was without pressure, but the pressure indicator, such a silvery pump in the lid, for some reason rose !! And the lid, of course, was locked .. (the Kasha mode was set, 10 minutes) Something I can't catch ..
And one more thing .. For all dummies: the insert-steamer consists of 2 levels .. Can they BOTH be used somehow, or only the top one? ..

Be sure to cook porridge with pressure (I usually 2). Release the pressure smoothly or wait - it will go down on its own, at the same time the porridge will infuse.

Can't you release the pressure gradually in this pressure cooker, or not release it at all? If so, then it is very inconvenient) Because with any milk it is easier and faster to work on programs with pressure.

And there is. Therefore, I use a pressure cooker to cook oatmeal in 50 minutes, and in 3, millet in 6, and two minutes is enough for rice)
And why milk does not run away - I already wrote - it is squeezed by a layer of hot air, which is formed between the milk and the lid, and the pressure of this air increases with increasing temperature. Of course, if at this moment you release the pressure, then imagine what will happen - you open the valve and hot steam and other contents of the pressure cooker begin to escape through the small hole - because it is under pressure. I never relieve pressure manually. I'm waiting for the pressure cooker to cool down on its own.

1 glass of water
4 glasses of milk
1/2 tsp salt

Porridge mode - 40 min. Set the pressure to 2.

Nothing escapes. I tried to put on 30 minutes, but this time is not enough. Maybe it also depends on rice.

It's not true, there is a good degree! I just shared a recipe, which is practically not here. In Panasonic, fast filling is made and there are degrees. And here the temperature is less than in Panasonic and the berries are languishing in a slow cooker. It seems to me that it is not worth buying such an expensive multicooker just for porridge.

Wheat-rye bread with cinnamon (Oursson-5005)

Posted by LyudmilaMarina »27 Jul 2012, 09:36
Yesterday I baked such bread, he made me worry, but the result was worth it !!! Maybe someone will come in handy !!!
Products:
Rye flour -400 gr
Wheat flour -250 gr
Yeast-11 g (Saf-Moment)
Water -500 ml
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
Salt -1 tbsp. l
Sugar-1 tbsp. l.
Rast oil-2 tbsp. l.

I mixed the yeast with wheat flour and cinnamon right in a sieve. Heat the water to 40-45 degrees, add salt, sugar, oil. gradually add flour with yeast, mix, add rye flour in small portions. Place the dough under a towel in a warm place. I stood for about 1-1.2 hours. Crumple, form into a ball, place in a greased bowl of MV. Heating mode, 15-20 minutes. As the dough rises, turn on the BAKING mode for 1 hour, then turn over and another 40 minutes. I can't even describe what the smell was floating around the apartment. After the signal to take out the bread, and WOOL !!!!
My additions:
I make the dough in a bread maker on dumplings mode (I like it better).
I have warmed up the pan for 5 minutes (as soon as it heats up, I turn it off) and leave it for 20 minutes.
I have baked goods for 40-45 minutes, turn over and another 20 minutes.

How do you make borscht in Oursson?
the recipe is ...
steaming 3 small beets, already peeled 40 minutes
rub 2 medium carrots on a coarse grater, cut onions into cubes 1 medium head, cut 500 gr. beef with fat, not large pieces, a little white cabbage, 2 medium diced potatoes ...
in the meantime, the beets are ready! take out, cool, three on a coarse grater.
in a bowl of 50 ml. olive oil ... frying mode .. sauté onions and carrots ... add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste (I take a tomato).
into this mixture ... pour the meat and cover the steam valve for 2
at the end of the program, carefully release the pressure, open the lid and fill in everything else (except for beets) + a little hot pepper.
Add some water and set the extinguishing program for 1 hour 10 minutes. pairs for 1
15 minutes before readiness, fill in the beets and add water as much as necessary for the desired density. I pour hot boiling water ...
close the lid, par 2 and until the end of the program. after the end of the borscht, it is still in the mult for 10 minutes, it just cools down, the pressure drops ... and .... do not forget to salt.
everything is ready.

I, too, with any method of cooking (in a slow cooker or in a saucepan), add boiled beets at the end (even later than 15 minutes later, I’m in almost finished soup, and garlic at the same time). The color of the borscht from this is amazingly burgundy, not red. I cook beets (peeled) or in a double boiler while cooking broth (in Orson, in my opinion, this is unfortunately not possible due to the design of the double boiler - if I am mistaken, correct it) or in a peel in a saucepan - several times, part in borscht, part into a vinaigrette, salad, etc., or you can freeze the grated one and then into the next borscht (without defrosting a little earlier).
Instead of tomato paste (in any dish where there is a tomato), try a jar of tomato slices in your own juice.

But with a delayed start, I haven't cooked it yet according to this recipe. In Oursson 5005, the delayed start in the YOUR CHOICE program does not work, and the recipe conditions (time 90 min and temperature 90 degrees) are only possible in this program.
It is necessary to test KASHU with pressure during the day, so as not to be afraid of a delayed start, but there is no time.

I ordered it in Minsk. I have been using it every day for a month now.
I chose Orsyusha because he has a number of advantages:
1) it can be just a slow cooker (without pressure), which is simply necessary to get porridge "like from a Russian stove";
2) it can also be a pressure cooker (3 pressure levels);
3) SMART function;
4) ceramic bowl as standard;
5) the ability to set the temperature in 1 minute steps;
6) made in Korea.
Now about the impressions:
this wonderful unit was bought mainly only in order to wake up in the morning under the smell of delicious milk (already cooked) porridge for the child. Well, I am not depriving myself. The porridges are simply amazing. Moreover, they never ran away and did not burn (not counting the preparation of porridge from rolled oats, which needs to be cooked for 3 minutes, I decided to cook it on the stove)
Already cooked wheat (from grain), rice (from grain), oat (from grain), corn (from cereals), pearl barley (from cereals), barley (from cereals).
I cooked meat with potatoes and varieties. I put all the ingredients in Orsyushu, installed the HOT program. We went for a walk with the child. Returned - dinner was already ready. Stewed potatoes with meat, pancakes, meatballs, cabbage rolls, fried cutlets, meat with a cheese and vegetable coat and mushrooms, boiled pork in bacon, chicken breasts with almonds and oranges, eggplants with walnuts and garlic. Everything is very delicious.
Since I love to cook and do it deliciously and with pleasure, I still use the stove and the oven mercilessly.
But I am also very glad to Orsusha. For well, I really like to sleep in the morning
And thanks to Orsyusha, you can cook delicious porridge for your beloved child for breakfast, continuing to sleep sweetly and sweetly next to your baby
So I'm happy with the purchase.

P.S. And yesterday I accidentally pushed the valve of the overpressure protection system into the rubber edging, I was afraid to take it out myself. I called the service centers (we have three of them in our city), and so they have not seen Oursson 5005 yet, since this model has never entered any of the centers. In my opinion, the time period after entering the market, although short, still speaks of quality.
I returned the valve to its original position with tweezers.

I don't know what topic to write about. I'll ask here. The question is rather for you, Serious. I decided to go to Orsyushu (before that, having studied ALL information about him on the Multicooker). Ripe, in general ... I would like, however, "Orange" Only very confused by the lack of accessories - no bowl, no rubber band ... In this regard, in the store I was advised to pay attention to Brand 6050 - everything is available. And now I am SO at a loss! ..... Which one to take? .... The difference in price, all the same, almost 2 times! I don’t mind giving this money for Oursson (as I understand it, it’s worth it), although until recently I hadn’t even heard such a name. But what if upl. the ring will wear out a lot, what will happen to the bowl? Go again and give $ 300 ??? Somehow this prospect does not attract me ... What to do ??? HELP!!!
P.s: sorry to be off topic, it's just that the brain will really boil out soon ...
