All the same, with your permission, I will return to the topic of Stadler and Brand 37501.
Can you detail the differences?
1. Frying in Brand is better
what else?
how do sensor modes work?
how porridge is obtained there? What is the cup in Stadler? in Brand, as far as I know, very good, high quality.
What is the temperature regime in Stadler? Is the heating accidentally turned off?
What are the options for manual installation in Stadler?

P.S. Only I decided on Brandik, and then they gave me an idea about Stadler. BUT I don't know anything about them at all, and if I postpone my choice for a while: either my husband will kill, or the Brandiki will run out, and the choice will be decided by itself.

And yet - what kind of a promotional code in Technosil for Stadler?

Who knows the Bork U500 multicooker or pressure cooker?
Multicooker
The pressure cookers have different valves and a powerful mechanical safety lid closing system. Pressure is serious ...
Although, maybe she is, she just can't be seen from the outside ...

I myself am looking at this model - beautiful, white! But I was interested in it exactly as a multicooker, I seem to have enough pressure cookers, I want to replace the old cartoon Brand 37502 with something advanced

Alexei, it all depends on the recipe you are using. You can cook (the same soup) in stages (laying the products gradually, depending on the duration of their preparation), or you can throw everything and wait for the result. Do you usually eat soups, stews, or is frying important to you?

And also, please indicate where you are from so that it is easier to navigate the range of multicooker And ... how was your choice towards those two multicooker that you asked about?
yes, I usually eat everything, especially if it will be so easy to cook in a multicooker, as far as I can imagine))) I'm from Almetyevsk, I just lay my eyes on these 2 multicooker, in appearance I like polaris more, but by har-s like redmont is better, but the price in the internet store is the same - 4990, and in regular stores Polaris also costs 4990, and redmont is already 7000! is she that much better? can take it for 4990, if possible? I also saw Polaris 0523 for 5200 about in the store, what can you say about it?
Sneg6
manna thanks for the detailed specifications. : rose: More likely a slow cooker, although there is an inscription under pressure. I still don't understand if I'm so stupid. (Oursson MP5010PSD / DC has a similar valve). There are only four programs under pressure, sorry.

Since there is no multi-cook in Stadler, but for now, according to my plan, this is the only cartoon, well, plus there will be SV in the near future, so the multi-cook would like to have more untied hands.

A consultant in the store told me that under pressure, Rice, Pilaf, Steamer and Multipovar, while the temperature on the Multipovar changes from 40-150C (!)
But even on programs without pressure, the lid cannot be opened in the process - either it will be blocked or the program will be reset.
I would have known that she is still interesting to someone, I would have played it a little longer and asked more questions. But I didn't have time, and neither did I need it.

Lenochka, namesake, I'll tell you a secret If there are well-tuned, balanced programs in the cartoon, then the multi-cook is not particularly needed. I used it in my Dex (analog of Brand 37501) only a couple of times, for the sake of interest. Sou-vid portrayed, deep-fried donuts. It was no longer useful to me
alexeypetro
Will someone tell me something about my question?) What can you say about Polaris 0517 and Redmond 4502? or what is better within 5000 p.

Alexei, redmond is no better. Redmond and Polaris are about the same level of the multicooker. But Redmond is running an aggressive advertising campaign and marketing strategy to heavily overpricate its multicooker. If frying is important to you, then look better multicooker with a bowl with a non-stick rather than a "ceramic" coating - it will stick very quickly. If you cook only for yourself, maybe you better take a closer look at the 3 liter multicooker? Or do you cook for several times (week)?

Yes ... yet ... Redmond does not have touch modes - they are convenient for cooking side dishes and pilaf. Polaris has touch modes in two models: 0520 and 0310.

Veechka, I read in the instructions for Bork 500 that there are three modes under pressure, but not a word about the position of the valve. How shoud I understand this?

How shoud I understand this? Silver is not held in high esteem, was it released in less quantity? Or vice versa is in demand. I wonder if the colors are actually the same as in the photo? Would you like to see it in comparison in the kitchen? Alive so to speak.

Well, you don't need Redmond 4502 at all, and Polaris has already released a bunch of new cartoons, more advanced and not expensive. Look not in ordinary stores, but in online stores, it's cheaper there. Go to the Yandex market, find the model you need there and it will give you all the online stores in your region.

alexeypetro

alexeypetro, 0305 - great stuff, I have, but it's a pressure cooker, not a slow cooker
From inexpensive cartoons I would advise Polaris 0511 Although the bowl is ceramic, the coating is quite decent, when it fails, you can buy a spare Teflon bowl.
Have a good choice

Isn't the ceramic coating non-stick?

Non-stick months 3.
I bought my son Polaris 0510. 860 W I tested it a little - frying, stewing. Fine. The son has not yet complained either. The display there, however, is too small. 5 L bowl, non-stick. A good selection of programs - multi-cook, baking, soup, stewing, frying, pasta / dumplings, pilaf, double boiler, porridge, heating. There is a cancellation of heating before the start of cooking, hours. Delayed start 24 hours. Removable inner cover. There is no Milk porridge mode, but the temperature on the Porridge mode is 90 *. I think it's good for a dairy. Pilaf is a sensory program. Multi-cook - from 40 * to 160 * in 5 min increments. You can cook yogurt on it. Time is adjustable in all modes. And the price is reasonable - I took it for 677 UAH

I now have a Redmond 110. Very convenient, precisely because it is also a pressure cooker, there is no time, but you have to cook quickly. I use it to the fullest, fry, boil, bake, and never once a day. To make it convenient, I bought a second bowl with a lid and a cord with a switch - this is generally a "thing"! Now I do not turn it off all the time from the outlet, there is a button right on the cord.
alexeypetro
I still do not understand which is better, does the pressure cooker not provide for modes and multicooker 2 in 1? so far, because of the teflon bowl, I'm leaning into redmont 4502, but there is no pressure cooker, and the brand is 6501, as I understand it, both the slow cooker and the pressure cooker right away?

Manna
Alexei, I would also advise you Stadler Form. The quality is much higher than that of Polaris and Redmond. The bowl is very nice with a non-stick resistant coating. The only drawback is that due to the thickness of the bowl (it is larger than that of most bowls from other manufacturers), the frying is very delicate. This multicooker has more than other sensor modes (you press the button and wait for the result, not thinking how long you need to cook), working as long as necessary until the dish attains the desired consistency and temperature. The only thing - do not cook according to the attached recipe book, but use the recipes from this forum.

+100500!
I absolutely support it! Moreover, you admitted that you are not a super chef. And with touch modes you will soon become one
And you can get quite normal frying, it just takes more time, but you don't need to stand over the cartoon, just come up periodically - check and mix as needed.

The pressure cooker is still not very convenient - it cannot be opened while cooking. You have to wait for the steam to escape. A pressure cooker still needs a simple cartoon.

What are you talking about? Which multicooker has touch modes? Many have. That's just as much as Steadler, none of them. And there is no such quality for those that have touch modes in this price category. I named two Polaris models, the Cromax has 31/32 models (with terrible bowls and questionable roast), Brand 37501 (but you can hardly find them anymore) ... But all these models have one, maximum two touch modes per full evaporation of liquid, and Stadler has sensory modes that allow you to cook wet food. There is also a small 1.6 liter binaton. It also has many sensor modes, but wet dishes are cooked without sensors.

Oh, well, finally I want to join the multicooker club, accept! The idiot's dream has come true. From the abundance of information in the internet about multicooker I almost went crazy. I think I should finally go to the store and look at it all live, maybe I'll decide. Came with my husband and immediately fell in love with the little Panasonic 10. Bought for milk porridge with a delay in the start for the morning. I coped with the task perfectly, it turned out so languid, it didn't work in a saucepan on gas. The next test was pilaf. I cooked it without the usual frying, stupidly throwing all the ingredients into the bowl, pressed the "pilaf" program and forgot about it until the beep. Of course, it turned out not pilaf, but rice porridge with chicken, but! She did not disappoint me at all, delicious too! In general, for two people and for the goals set, for beginners, multicooker, it is just that. I found one drawback right away - there are very few recipes for this particular little one. Pliz, tell me where to find recipes for this particular model, I will be very very grateful.
