Girls, thank you very much for the advice! I decided to buy a little Polaris 1203. And if I get along with it, I will buy an ARC pressure cooker for 6 liters, necessarily with two bowls, stainless steel and non-stick. That's how you always come for one, and leave with two others)))

For those who are tormented by a choice as I recently suffered, literally a couple of days became the owner of the REDMOND RMC-PM400 Multicooker-Pressure Cooker. Here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...amp;task=view&id=2192 characteristics of the twin sister in black. The first impression is positive, as it will show in the work - we'll see. I met both positive reviews about this nonsense, and not so much. Many have complained about the smell. So after unpacking, of course, the smell fell off my feet, but literally after the first steam run with tangerine skin (there was simply no lemon nearby), the smell practically disappeared, then I boiled the beets for a couple, milk porridge - there was no more foreign smell of plastic. Today I cooked pork tongue, 20 minutes in stewing / aspic mode - completely cooked, soft. If you put all the products cold, the pressure builds up for 15-25 minutes (I definitely didn't detect it). This is my first pressure cooker, so I don’t know if it’s normal or for a long time.

Eva3, congratulations on purchasing your new assistant! Successful development and let only pleases! I see the temperature is set, but with what step?
I am also gradually mastering my new Filipka. But I haven't really cooked anything yet, and I also didn't quite understand his character. Tomorrow I want to make canned fish, let's see how he cope.
Eva3
nila, from 35 to 180 in degree increments. In the description, the step is 5 degrees, so I don't even know if the degree is a plus, but press the button longer.
In my old cartoon DEKSIK, the step is 10 (30-40) at once, then 20 (up to 120), and then 30 (up to 180), then of course the intervals are about nothing. Well, let's see how much such a function will be in demand.
And how much did Phillipok cost? Me with delivery 2300.

Girls, I thank everyone who advised me - I bought an insta pot duo 9 in 1 for a promotion. I like it - very much reminded me of my bergof gas pressure cooker - quietly gaining pressure and without noise - soups and potatoes everything worked out great. And pilaf in auto mode is good. The bowl in it is a stainless steel with a thick bottom.
The smell from the ring was just awful - soaked it in vinegar, I'll try to boil it in the freezer and boil vanilla - and buy spare rings.
I cooked the milk porridge while it was so - I boiled milk on the frying and cooked super delicious rice liquid porridge in the slow cooker mode.
But I'm looking for - now I just want to pair it with a slow cooker - for cereals and with a thick saucepan, one is not enough ..

And I don’t know what to buy in the end, middle or redmond.

Eva3, a very good temperature step, and the vacuum function will come in handy. In my description, there is no way to change the temperature, but there is a Slowing function - As in an oven for meat and As in an oven for vegetables. I can’t say anything yet about this program, I haven’t even included it yet. In the video, which I don't remember where I watched, it seems that the temperature is being set, but we have to rummage around on the Internet again, look for that video.
My Filipok was completely odorless, I just opened the box, immediately stuck my nose in it. And the pressure is gaining and releasing, faster than my Comfort.I haven't timed it, haven't cooked a full saucepan yet. And for the price - I took in Comfi for the action. The full price is UAH 3 599, now the shares are UAH 2 999.

Good morning!
Girls, there is a choice - Polaris 1305 or ARS 514 Cornflower, which one would you choose ?!
At work they ask for a gift, but I’m all in a "splash". It seems like Polaris is "near", and service and delivery, and self-pickup and choice of where to buy (I'm talking about shops) - but ARS only delivery, I did not find it on sale in Moscow.
I like Ars - but again I am guided by the reviews of one well-known "blogger" from a nearby culinary forum.
What do you think?
To whom it will be presented - the brand is not important, the main thing is that the pressure cooker is not confused, and good.
Alenka578
Olga, I have ARC, a little more, six-liter, already a year. Little Sister Cornflower, but chose a little more and with a metal body. Here I am 100% satisfied, especially since all the components can be ordered from them. Moreover, there are functions of frying, yogurt and baking. And the pressure is different (although this is not written in the instructions, I wrote to them, asked, answered. Chicken, rice - pressure 0.3, meat, jellied meat - 0.7). For a pressure cooker, I think there are more than enough functions. Bowl with Vitfort coating (ceramics in Vasilka) - pah-pah, with daily use, it is as good as new))
Here, she praised)) Polaris also praise. Pressure cookers can have better bowls than multicooker.
Annushka85
When I was choosing my Redmond one, I also listened to the smell, realized that it was mainly the handles near the bowl that smelled, near the multicooker, where there is almost no smell in a bowl without handles. I took a model with handles all the same, but at home I carefully smeared lemon juice and soda on the handles for a couple of hours, and then I put a cup in the dishwasher and the smell went away.
liusia
My Stebochka will soon be 5 years old. And I'm already thinking about what kind of pressure cooker to buy. I have already spoiled myself, and suddenly if something happens, it will be a world tragedy. So I think Redmont or Ourson, and maybe some other. Somehow I immediately chose Steba, without much hesitation.
Ilmirushka
liusia, Ludmila, but you are not considering the Element?
I really like it because he lowers the pressure himself at the end of the process, and when he announces: the dish is ready, there is no need to wait and bleed by hand.
I love EL very much, and with his appearance Shteba is often idle.
No, I'm glad that I have it, but EL lives on the table, and Shtebka is displaced to another place.

Yes, my Shtebochka here somehow confused the temperature regime, scared. It seems normal now, but you need to have one more in stock. So I took care of it while my husband is still working. I am already preparing it for purchase. Although he does not regret anything for me.
Ilmirushka
liusia, Ludmila, I agree that with one or even two units, problems may arise if one fails.
The usual rhythm of life is immediately disrupted, discomfort arises, it is better to have something in stock.

To my great regret, the Element is also not on sale with delivery to my remote region of the Moscow region.

liusia, my polaris five years already. I like a multi-cook with a step of 5 degrees. I watched Angela's review about the new Polaris - the modes are all the same. She didn't have a bowl - I bought it from Redmond without handles for three years, the flight was normal. It fries delicately, on gas faster, but I have it for soups, jellied meat, yoghurts, and souvid. Look at polaris
liusia
There is nothing in Moscow and the region. Well, okay. Maybe someone else can tell you something.

I turned off the internet for everyone in the office, so that they would not look at anything else and would not torment me with questions - and ordered ARC - for 4 liters .. 2 pieces .. decided that I also needed (I ordered myself another bowl in addition, my panasik began to peel off) ... and I won't tell anyone to my own .. otherwise I ordered field 1203 and did not have time to try it from me, her sister took
Alenka578
Olga, Congratulations!!! Of course, you also need yourself)) ARCs are cool. Maybe the functionality is inferior to other firms, but without problems. A pressure cooker doesn't need too much. And by the way, it is Cornflower that is well tested.

Girls who have such a multicooker Multicooker REDMOND RMC-M902. Now you can buy it at a very good discount.

Found on Avito Element, 19 000r and delivery 1970r. It's unreal for me. There are 2 more sellers, but one does not answer, and the other seller lives far away. If fate, then, to the one that is not far from Tushino I can get through.

Elena, thank you! But instead of a multicooker, I bought a pressure cooker for myself a Multikusina Delongy. And I am completely delighted with this stove. But I went to Avito and looked. Thank you. Aha! my ARC – QDL-614D MULTI-COOKER broke down after almost a year. and something does not want the same again. Yes, a universal pressure cooker, everything can say so. Just had a little bit of luck with her. + 2 saucepans for it. I'll think about it. But I want another unit with a response from our Girls.

Trishka
Girls, everybody!
I wanted to ask the owners of the Brand 6051 multi - pressure cooker which, how are they now in terms of quality? It is worth considering it, or paying attention to something else. Shteba and Orsson have already been, now there is Tefal, but she is just a cartoon, so you need a turnip or not a pressure cooker again ...
ludmila_27.79
Quote: Svetta
You should understand that the squeeze is only called that way, since the pressure build-up in it (Polaris 1203) takes 12 minutes, and the pressure release takes even longer. Therefore, do not rely on very quick preparation for dinner. She quickly cooks only long-lasting foods, such as meat, jellied meat, legumes, etc. And so in time it is comparable to an ordinary cartoon or stove.
I have an OZAVO multicooker pressure cooker, this is a twin of Marta MT 4312, it is sold in Europe. Yes, it gains pressure for 20 minutes, if it's full, I release the steam myself, there is no automatic steam release. Cooks much faster and tastier than on the stove.
But I don't cook everything there, because the saucepan burns, of poor quality, but extra. I never bought it, in principle there is no need. I bake in the oven, fry on the stove, in a frying pan and then add the fried foods to the cartoon. In a multi-pressure cooker, I cook and stew, in principle, for this I bought it.
Homemade duck is cooked in the oven for 3-4 hours and is still harsh, on an induction hob it is cooked for 3 hours and also tough, and in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. she is gaining pressure and 50 min. stew and the meat is very tender!
Also, vegetables are stewed 2 times faster than on the stove. More vitamins are retained and tastier.
Yes, just a pressure cooker is not very convenient, it is better to have both a cartoon and a pressure cooker or, like mine, 2 in one.
What I didn't like is that this particular model cannot be left unattended and go for a walk. She herself does not bleed off steam and you have to return home to bleed off steam. I had such a thing that I went for a walk, and when I returned, I cooked the pressure cooker for a long time, but I didn't bleed off the steam and everything continued to cook. The food is burnt and tasteless.

It was necessary to set a shorter cooking time, taking into account the time it takes to naturally release the pressure.
Ilmirushka

She herself does not bleed off steam
But what, are there such pressure cookers that do not reduce pressure on their own? This does not happen.
A simple stove-top pressure cooker will drain itself.
Arnica
It is also interesting that the SCR holds the pressure after cooking.
Usually, after cooking, it goes into heating mode, then after a few minutes the pressure inside drops and the valve drops.
Ilmirushka
Quote: Arnica
Also interesting
perhaps, ludmila_27.79 confused two differences - pressure relief and heating mode ...
If the heating mode may and may not be, then the pressure is released anyway.
ludmila_27.79
Quote: Ilmirushka
But what, are there such pressure cookers that do not reduce pressure on their own?
As soon as the pressure cooker beeps that it has finished cooking, I turn the valve myself and the steam with a powerful stream comes out along with the spray.

Quote: Ilmirushka
perhaps ludmila_27.79 confused two differences - pressure release and heating mode ...
I turned off the auto heating. But the pressure cooker itself is very slow to release pressure. After the end of the program, I did not touch the pressure cooker for 15 minutes, then I went over, turned the valve and the steam still came out, of course, not as powerful as right after the end of the program.
That is, if you leave the pressure cooker to cook unattended, you need to significantly reduce the cooking time. Next time I will note the time after how much the pressure sensor falls down.
Ilmirushka
Ludmila, well, everything is correct, but not all pressure cookers work that way. The CAM element relieves pressure 5-10 minutes before the end of the program, and warns about this. And at the end of the program you do not need to wait for anything, open and eat.

Quote: ludmila_27.79
Next time I will note the time after how much the pressure sensor falls down.
not necessary, I have been using Shteba, Redber and Element for many years, I have an idea of the processes
ludmila_27.79
Ilmirushka, yes, I have a cheap simple pressure cooker, therefore without such automation. Here in Europe, in general, the choice of multicooker is small, so I chose from what is.
And I wanted to catch the time for myself so that I knew how much time to set, so that everything would be cooked normally without supervision.
Well, after all, I wonder why other pressure cookers release the pressure themselves in 5-10 minutes, and mine for 20 minutes somewhere?
Ilmirushka
Quote: ludmila_27.79
I wanted to catch the time for myself, so that I knew how long to set, so that everything would be cooked normally without supervision.
It seems to me that this is not necessary either because (as it seems to me) well, meat for jellied meat, for example, cannot cook so quickly. I understand that the pressure is doing its job, and the time is calculated for the boiling process after, when the cooking is over, but boiling under pressure is still continuing. So ... everything is done before us and for us
Alenka578
ludmila_27.79, so it seems that there is time in the recipes ... If the pressure is not relieved (it itself is released from 10 minutes to half an hour usually. It depends on the fullness of the bowl), then the potatoes are cooked for 5-7 minutes, pasta - about a third of the time indicated on the package, milk boil for 20 minutes, so that it is dark, melted.Porridge - 15-20 minutes. Rice, buckwheat - 12 minutes. Chicken 15-17 minutes. This is all the cooking time, plus then wait for the pressure release.
Anyutok
ludmila_27.79To prevent steam from escaping with a strong stream and splashes, you can cover the valve with a damp towel and slowly release the pressure. I have a pressure cooker Ark (I fixed the phone number for Arkady, here is the name for multi), it is recommended in the instructions. But I rarely use it, it suits me how the cartoon itself plays off.

Good day!
My redmond-70 is covered (although I hope it still works!), The touch panel kicks like ... What can be replaced? And also so that the bowls from under the old one come up? Well, it's really a pity - two ceramic bowls and one stainless steel. From what you really need:
- setting the temperature (degrees from 35)
- programs stewing, soup, pilaf
- if there is longing - also wonderful.
That's really all. In redmond, I cook soups and compotes and make sour milk. I am carcassing potatoes for a large company. (I bought a slow one, but a very large one - for milk and jellied meat).
I would be glad to advice!

Quote: vatruska
What can be replaced? And also so that the bowls from under the old one come up?
The simplest: open the page of your multicooker on the Redmond website, go to the "Specifications" tab, in the "compatible bowls" section, select your bowls and open the pages of these bowls. On the page of the selected bowl, go to the "Compatibility with products" tab and choose from those available for sale.

My redmond-70 is covered (although I hope it still works!), The touch panel kicks like ... What can be replaced?
I have a redmond 224s. Of the minuses: the native bowl is light, quickly began to bubble. The inner lid is not removable, but it is not removable for all multicookers of this type. Seems easy compared to my other cartoons. I only use fries and rice / cereals. It is convenient to cook pasta, dumplings, potatoes, chilled chicken broth on rice / cereals - the time is set as much as necessary, after boiling, the countdown begins. Sometimes I use soup when placing frozen chicken. I have never cooked milk porridge, rice, buckwheat, I cook in a radish 01 or 02. I did not bake pastries either. I won't tell you about pilaf either, and in general, I never got it in any multicooker. I cook it in the oven according to the "principle" of han-pilaf, shah-pilaf. In principle, I only need 2-3 buttons in a multicooker. And the 224s handles all of my needs. Temperature from 35-180, step 1 °. I do not need anything else. I bought it at random, probably out of greed, because there was a good discount.
