Coconut cake

Ingredients

margarine 250 g
sugar 300 g
eggs 4 pieces
sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
cocoa 3 tbsp. spoons
soda (quenched with vinegar) 1 tsp
lemon acid 0.5 tsp
flour 300 g
coconut flakes 2 packs of 25 g
condensed milk 1 jar
butter 200 g

Cooking method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Grind margarine with flour.
  • Beat 4 yolks, add 100 g of sugar, beat.
  • Add sour cream. then soda quenched with vinegar, citric acid, cocoa.
  • Add chopped margarine with flour.
  • We knead the dough, divide it into two parts.
  • Beat 2 proteins, gradually adding 100 g of sugar. then add a pack of coconut flakes and mix gently.
  • Roll out 1 part of the dough, put the whipped proteins with coconut on it. We put the oven in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes (in principle, we have different ovens and each one adapts to its own).
  • Whip 2 egg whites with sugar again, add coconut.
  • Roll out the 2nd part of the dough, spread the protein-coconut mass. We put in the oven.
  • Cream
  • Beat the softened butter, adding condensed milk.
  • Put part of the cream on the first cake, cover with the second cake, put it upside down, that is, with squirrels in the middle.
  • We decorate.
