That's what touches me about this model, that the lid is always clean and the gasket is always in place
So clean, there are no traces and scale on it!

Or me with a chicken Thank you for the kind words. Sometimes I quietly start not to see chicken and turkey, but my child considers this to be the best food. Today I wanted to make hips in the tandoor, but there was such a downpour on the street that I felt sorry for the tandoor.
We'll have to do it in some kind of home aggregation, I think it will be necessary to make the AF work.
Once again, thank you

Can you please tell me how much water do you pour when you cook rice? 1 to 2?

Tanyulya , I have a question: don't you need to put oil down - pour? And yet - do not you need to fry the thighs in advance? Will they not be just like boiled without roasting?

No oil or water was poured. The thighs are not boiled but stewed. You can, of course, pre-fry and fry in the Baking. But my eaters like it more.

I cooked directly in the bowl.

I also cooked these thighs!
I took all the ingredients according to the recipe, it turned out delicious ... and a lot of liquid. Probably very juicy onions and tomatoes were.
Well, nothing, the resulting broth was used to make the "minestrone" soup.
The thighs are soft, but the meat does not fall off from the bone. Our chickens and their parts are sold very quickly. I’m thinking, maybe reduce the cooking time or pressure next time?

Thank you for trusting the recipe. I have a lot of the same broth.
I like to cook meat at a pressure of 3 or 2, I rarely cook for 1 meat.
