Ingredients

pumpkin half a small pumpkin
celery root as you like, I make no more than a 1 cm thick layer
carrot 1 PC.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
dried herbs (dill, parsley) multiple stems
garlic 1 slice
leek or common turnip half of the white part
olive or sunflower oil
salt taste
pepper to taste (I like coriander)
allspice 1 PC.
milk about 200 ml
swept away optional

Cooking method

  • Chop the garlic.
  • Chop the leek into not very thin rings.
  • Cut half the pumpkin, celery root and carrots into medium-sized cubes.
