Recommendations for the use of the pan Miracle grill gas

Cooking takes place by convection of hot air under the grill lid. The movement of heat fluxes is shown in the figure by arrows. During the baking process, heat accumulates under the lid, and therefore it is not recommended to open the lid during baking, since all the heat is gone from under the lid, thereby increasing the cooking time.

Installation on a gas stove
The miracle grill is installed on a grid (in old-style stoves) or on a support (in modern stoves), like any other utensils designed for cooking on a gas stove. In this case, first place the tray of the Miracle Grill so that the center of the burner is in the middle of the hole in the tray, and the flames are directed towards the inside of the hole. To do this, use a small or medium hotplate.
Pour 200-250 ml (about 1 glass) into the pallet. If you are cooking without water, using foil, line the grill tray with it.
Place the wire rack and lay out the food.
Light the flame. The fire should be slightly less than average. But do not forget that all stoves are different, so you can adapt to yours in 1-2 cooking processes. It won't be difficult.
Place the lid on the grill. After 5-10 minutes, open the lid slightly to make sure the heat is not too low or too high. This will be visible on the condition of the products. Usually during this time they already change their color. During cooking, you can add and reduce the heat as you like to achieve the desired culinary effect. But at the same time, it is not recommended to open the lid too often, since every time the heat goes out from under it.
The food is baked from above as the hot air is reflected from the lid of the Miracle Grill. Therefore, in order to bake evenly, the food should be turned over to the other side in the middle of the cooking process.
ATTENTION! After cooking, be sure to let the pan cool down and only then wash it.
