I myself did not think what is satisfying and such deliciousness. And when I was not fasting, I still shoved the chop on the foil, it was generally gluttony (the husband said that meat cannot be compared with any fried!) !!! Then it was possible to make all vegetables in half the amount. From the table they "crawled" in the literal sense - it is impossible to come off ... And most importantly, it is useful how - no fried-boiled, everything is natural !!! You can do it and zucchini and cauliflower too, I tried. But the most delicious is in my opinion the above set.
