For juicy cutlets it is necessary to "drive" additional water into the minced meat.

lesik_l, thanks,: rose: mine really liked it !!!! the cutlets turned out to be very juicy!
there was minced meat with breadcrumbs from stale rye bread almost 1: 1
made a strong fire, after 15 minutes turned
explain to the "teapot" how many to bake them, why the bottom is not fried because of the water?

I did not find a certificate for the product or a description of the material from which this device was made.
I didn't know who and what material fabricated for 1100 + shipment was made to buy, but the very idea of using a gas burner seemed interesting.
I bought a 8L aluminum pot. for 400r. , sawed out a hole, flared a little and inserted the microwave grate. Everything about everything took half an hour and savings in a thousand of ours. Today I ran in, fry in full, if you wish, you can pour water on the bottom so that it does not burn. Kebab, potatoes and meat were cooked in 20 minutes. When cooking, there is no contact of food with aluminum. I didn’t bake flour baked because of inability, but potatoes in their skins and meat baked really. I myself mostly use Aergrill, but I made this one out of interest. Can anyone use the upgrade technology

We checked our daughter's frying pan, which was recently given to her, with a magnet and made an unambiguous conclusion that it was metal covered with paint (already a scratch on the lid is rusting). I understand that this handicraft product is very dangerous to health. We dream of enameled

And does anyone know where in Russia enamel pans are sold. Found in Ukraine, but we do not have
eroshka
Girls, I unsubscribe as promised. I also ordered a frying pan through the community in "My World", from Shvidunova Natalia, as I paid for, a frying pan came in a week. Only for now, I cannot try it, we have not yet been given gas, but on the electric stove I am afraid, since I have it not with spirals, but large pancakes. My hands are itching to try to cook something, but for now I am afraid ... Somehow!
Tillotama
Check out my LJ page - I received both frying pans and enamel and a heat-resistant version.
If there is a choice, I would only buy the enameled version. The rest of the photos are on my page.

Tillotama, what do you think? My daughter and I are already on the enamel grill. Follow the link. Then I found where we have one, and they brought us 2 such pans by delivery. Once again, many thanks from my daughter and me for the work, for the photos posted, for comparing these two pans with different coatings. But enamelled for some reason is cheaper. We didn't find a barcode on the box, but we're still happy. And then I was so worried that my daughter was cooking in a harmful frying pan. We decided that if the enamel breaks off, then at such a price you can buy a new one without any problems and throw the old one away. Or by that time, more serious firms will come up with something with a ceramic coating.

Food does not lie on the enamel anyway. The main thing is that it does not smell and does not emit any substances. Delicious experiences

Tillotama, where you can order enamel in Russia. Only sell heat-resistant
lavi2407
Members of the forum from Chisinau, tell me pliz what pans do you sell?
Heat resistant or enameled?
But they write that they sell TURKISH grill-gas-barbecue.
Tillotama described in her LJ only German enamelled and unknown heat-resistant.
A little higher on the topic here were discussed the Romanian and Taiwanese.
And what about Turkish? Should I order it?
It's not very clear from the photo on the site.

Thank you.

lavi2407, judging by the photo, this is a frying pan with a heat-resistant coating. Enamelled - shines more.

Recently I bought myself an enamel pan - grill. A couple of weeks later I went to the store to buy such a gift as a gift, but they were already on sale only as if with a Teflon coating (or they call it heat-resistant), just according to your link, this is exactly the price for free sale in the store 119 lei. An enamel pan is more expensive. Both pans say: Made in Taiwan. Disingenuous in the online store. And the prices for most of the goods there are very high.
LiudmiLka
We bought the enameled ones at 133 lei apiece. My daughter then went to the delivery service to buy a gift. They still had 4 pieces, of which 2 were slightly dented, slightly chipped.

Girls, lured by this wonderful frying pan. Please explain who owns why such controversy is due to the coating (heat-resistant or enamel), if all the same, the products (if I understood correctly) are cooked on the wire rack. What is the difference then? In my opinion, the enamel is even more capricious in that it can crack. Explain to me what's the secret that everyone prefers enamel? Maybe I'll make myself a present? .. I like baked on the fire ... And who ordered Belan from this Marina, as a reliable supplier?
Inusya
Tillotama, went to you, in LJ, read everything, it seems she herself figured out all the preferences of the enameled version. Very convincing. Only now the question is no less difficult - where to look for this? The link where I looked - only heat-resistant and they have a meager description ...

Inusya, I borrowed from Marina, enamel for 190. Cheap and cheerful.

can I have a recipe, and cooking time, and on what heat?

Girls, visited the forum at this Marina Belan, but on her page only heat-resistant is shown, and it is written that production is Romania. Vague doubts plague me. Neither a description nor a photo of an enameled frying pan, infa is very meager, and it is also stated that no return is provided. If only I could see her in the photo or something. But in general, a cat in a poke ...
lesik_l, can you show me if your enamel is the same as that of Tillotama or something else? I liked her very much. But she writes that she has Germany. And although there is a picture, there is nothing at all about it. Pliz, otherwise I want a present for myself ...
lesik_l
I have production - Romania, purchased 3 years ago. But the one that I took from Marina as a gift to my friend is not very different from mine. Coating of normal quality.

inusya, earlier I gave a link to the frying pans that Marina sells:

Here is the smallest price - 190 UAH.

And then they were enameled:

Inusya, I borrowed from Marina, enamel for 190. Cheap and cheerful.

And now here's her quote about the new pans:

"New pans for grill gas with heat resistant coating already in stock, while at the same price - 200 UAH, but in general they are more expensive ...

... After cooking, let the frying pan cool before washing and wiping dry.
Do not wash the pan with an iron washcloth.

Diameter 35 cm, mesh - stainless steel, pan and lid carbon steel and heat resistant coating (3 layers of Teflon)"

While we were thinking and going ...
Inusya
Lyusichka, so it bothers me that she has everything on the forum about Teflon, that is, heat-resistant, but about enamel only that they are available that's all. I wrote to her by e-mail - asked a specific question about enamel. And again she writes only that they are and gives details for payment. That stopped me. A real cat in a bag.
For example, how Tillotama, - specifically, the person showed and explained everything remarkably, everything is clear, visible and understandable.
And she doesn't understand the question, or pretends ... So while I look elsewhere, this, as I understand it, will not go anywhere. I don't want to stick in ...
Luysia
inusya, I think that earlier she had pans with enamel, and new ones came with Teflon. So she sells them. Maybe something from the old delivery has remained.
Inusya
Right now, on the e-mail, I specifically asked her a question about enamel, if she confirms, I can order it. Looked at the photo (at Kiddstaff) like really enamel. And if he again pretends to be a fool, then disappears.

If they were with TEFLON, then this could still be tolerated, but after all, this is just paint that peels off at the slightest scratch and evaporation from this chemistry in the air, and they remain in products. They are made in Taiwan, and enameled, probably, too somewhere out there (like China), judging by the price.

Just looked at Marina's Kidstaff

There are 2 types of frying pans: ENAMELED AND HEAT RESISTANT
T.E. need to clarify NECESSARY
Inusya
Girls unsubscribe. Marina sent a detailed answer and a photo. There is enamel. Everything suits me. He says that there are plenty of both in stock, only the goods came from customs clearance. Well, that's it, I'll go pay ...
In the end, we have a holiday, or where? ..
Vredina_07
I was looking for new recipes for cooking in a miracle frying pan, grill gas and found this site where this pork is discussed, so I decided to share my experience.

I bought a frying pan with an enamelled coating from Marina at Kidstaff, she was the first to start selling them there, she has a lot of good reviews on deals and in general I liked her as a seller (everything is very fast and high quality). I cook on it almost every day, I really like it, everything turns out very tasty, and the main thing is that there is no attachment to the stove, everything is being prepared, and I am busy with other things and there is practically no smell in the apartment. I bought the second one for my mother for a gift (during transportation, the truth came with several chips, but in principle this does not affect the preparation in any way) - she is crazy about her, as her stomach ached for several days, so she baked potatoes and perch in foil for herself ... .., everything is light and non-greasy, I decided to try to take the third frying pan to my sister with a Teflon coating - and you know that everything is not so bad as they write about her here, but it must be washed very carefully (with a washcloth, not with a rough side, but with a soft one), but by design, it seemed to me more convenient, although they are the same, but in the enamelled one, who tried the lid, it does not fit snugly to the lower pan, due to which heat loss occurs, in Teflon it becomes in the groove.

In general, when ordering, you just need to indicate what kind of coverage you have, that's all.
The idea of a frying pan is generally cool, because even in summer there is not always time to get out into nature to fry a kebab or sausage - but here you can do it every day !!!

P.S A little later I'll be free to post a photo with a recipe for pies with cherries - very tasty.
Vredina_07
Why is the surveillance, I am writing it as it is, just the children accidentally spoiled my message and I temporarily put up, that's all.

oh, I've already used it five times

right now on a diet, so this frying pan is just right for me, as I look, how much fat escapes from meat

I would eat everything from it

Well, Marina just added this, and when I quoted her at 11.30, it was only about coated pans. It's good that we figured it out.

I feel how I will overheat everything that comes to hand ... the itching will be in one place ... Moreover, I still have no oven ...
Lena, we need to think over the menu ... I understand that you can grill almost anything ...

I am sharing my impressions of the frying pan. When I ordered, I still did not know about different pans. When I figured it out, it was too late. Received heat resistant. Came in a sack. The lid was slightly dented. I had to come to terms. When used for the first time, it did not smell. In general, we have already done barbecue three times. Of course, you need to adapt to the gas level setting. The first time they dried a little. Today was the third experience. The neck was marinated in onions and kiwi. Something turned out. The meat is juicy and very soft. Soft, I think, from kiwi. I'm happy with the purchase.

Innusya, I'm not myself (I have glass ceramics), but my mother. "Here, Mom, you have a frying pan!" I will read your recipes here, come to my mother and be clever - how and how
LiudmiLka
They cooked marinated chicken and pork, and natural bone, without marinade. But most of all we were pleasantly surprised by the cutlets in this frying pan. Minced pork with chicken breast, plus additives as in regular cutlets. The smell is awesome, juicy, lush - such delicious cutlets have never been eaten.

How long were the cutlets fried? Did you pour water into the pan?
LiudmiLka
No, I didn't pour water (I followed the instructions on the box), but oiled the bottom and grate. I cooked for 30-40 minutes over medium heat. I turned it over once. Meat, chicken - from 40 minutes to an hour.

Regarding the gap in the enameled version - these were the previous models. Now the lid closes tightly, there is no gap. And hence the heat loss too.

For me personally, WITHOUT water, fat does not burn at all, and the added water changes the taste of the product - it turns out not quite with the smell and taste that are implied when cooking in this particular pan
