I think glass will not work, there is also a hole for the flame - the glass will immediately burst from direct heat. Even heat-resistant ...
tatulja12
Inusyaand to IRRina the pan probably doesn't need a lid at all. The gas grill has openings at the bottom for air circulation, but this pan does not. Then there will be no grill, but a stew.

Prepare stuffed mushrooms, cutlets. Bake the eggplants in rings, and then on the ring mayonnaise with garlic and a slice on top of the tomato. Fry the steak on one side, turn it over and put tomato slices on top and sprinkle with cheese, fry under the lid.

Need some advice! I want to make stuffed potatoes in a frying pan. I will cut out the middle, and stuff with fried mushrooms with onions and carrots, top with mayonnaise and cheese. And now the questions:
Should you sprinkle cheese at the end of cooking? minutes in 5?
Do you need to pour water into the pan?
And the last question: Should the potatoes be wrapped in foil or not? I want it to be fried until golden brown, but at the same time it was not dry.

if there is foil, there will be no crust

with water, it's probably better in your case
you can poke the potatoes with a fork, you can coat them with fat: butter, sour cream

min for 30 over low heat, then or turn over, cheese and another 5 min

Regarding smoking, I read that you need to wrap wet sawdust in foil or add wet rice and green tea, but I myself have not tried putting the foil ajar on the wire rack

And my grandmother still had a miracle saucepan. It's a pity that I lost it when I moved. Tastier than a biscuit than from this saucepan I have never eaten. And the pies were also great. Such a saucepan replaced the oven for us in our camping life.
LiudmiLka
My mother-in-law still lives like this (although it is very large in diameter and low and looks more like a huge high frying pan with a lid), her brother from Ukraine brought her as a gift back in Soviet times. I took it for myself when I lived with an electric stove for some time - I also got excellent cakes in it when there was fire from below, even if it was a gas stove or an electric stove.

I was alarmed by the name, what kind of Kok is he? The fact is that there is no letter K in Italian. It is spelled differently in different words. It's either "ch" or just "c". "K" is allowed only in foreign words or words borrowed from other languages.

Thank you so much azaze who noticed it, that is Italians didn't write the label

see that only one was translated

Shelena Thank you! recipes, they always come in handy
I don't have this pan, I translated the instructions for it, which was sent to me in a letter-response from an Internet store
Shelena
Yes ... In my opinion, according to this instruction, even after translation, little can be cooked.

I decided to share the information I found about the capabilities of the Miracle pan. I think it will become clear how to use its modern version.

Pan "Miracle".

The "miracle" pan-oven is intended for baking various dough products on a kerosene stove, kerosene gas or a gas burner.
It consists of three parts: a stand, a mold and a lid to it, in which gaps are made for the circulation of heated air, due to which the dough is browned.
Most of the pans produced are designed to simultaneously bake 1/2 kg of flour dough.
Baking is done as follows. First of all, the oven support is placed for heating. The mold is oiled inside and, in addition, sprinkled with breadcrumbs if necessary. Then they put the prepared dough into it and let it rise. After that, the mold is covered with a lid, leaving no gaps, and placed on a baking rack.
After 15-20 minutes, depending on the amount of muffin put into the dough, the lid is turned, opening the gaps, and the baking is continued for another 15-20 minutes. During this time (with the windows open), the dough is browned and baked.
The readiness of the dough is determined in the same way as in ordinary baking, with a splinter: if the splinter stuck into the dough and taken out back turns out to be dry, then the dough is ready.

Shelena
In the "miracle" oven, you can bake various types of dough, without filling and with a filling, as well as pies and buns. Put the yeast dough up to half the height of the mold.
Grease the cakes and buns so that they do not stick to each other, put them in a mold and bake as described above.
"Miracle" and biscuit baked well in the oven. In this case, the form is not oiled, but lined with narrow strips of paper, which are laid across the form; after that, the mold is filled with dough by 1/3 of its height and baked. The finished biscuit is taken out of the mold and the strips of paper are carefully removed from it.
You can dry white and black bread in the "miracle" oven. In this case, the openings of the stove must be open all the time.
You can cook a pasta casserole in the miracle oven.
You can bake fish.

Here are the possibilities this saucepan has !!!
Creamy
Write everything correctly. That's how it is. We have had such a frying pan for a long time. bought for 4 Soviet rubles. Now I made a grate for it and bake meat, fish, vegetables. And baked a lot of pies. rolls and biscuits.

Oh, and I also have such a wonderful saucepan! It stands somewhere on the shelves. Thank you for reminding us about her!

I know that in Soviet times, the miracle-yudo-stove was a terrible diphcyitis (however, like everything else), but I can't even imagine what the dough or products from it tasted like, cooked not in the oven, but simply on gas ... Who else has experience of cooking in it?

Ol, are you interested in the experience of eating? I have such a current. I ate more than once, it was very tasty. My aunt had such a miracle, she was very pleased with it. At the same time, her stove was electric, so I fully admit that she baked in this miracle in the oven. But then its meaning is lost. Can I use it on an electric stove?
LiudmiLka
azaza, I used such a frying pan (not a saucepan) "Miracle" instead of an oven on an electric stove, because then there was no other opportunity to bake anything. And the mother-in-law in it quickly baked all sorts of gingerbread pies on a gas burner. It is intended to be used NOT in the oven.
Vitalinka
I once baked biscuit and muffins in it, and I also cooked chicken. Everything was delicious, though I cooked in it for a long time!

Good day. Anyone who is interested in detailed information about grilling and recipes, write to everyone I will answer
Helpful hints:

1. In order for the meat to be well fried and to be golden brown, first make the fire slow while cooking, for 10 minutes turn the heat a little stronger to get a golden brown crust.
2. Red fish is best cooked in foil, it turns out juicier. wrap the fish in foil so that the matte side of the foil is outward. (the mirror side reflects heat and the product in foil will take longer to cook)
3. For those who follow a diet due to their health condition, pour some water into the pan of the pan, the product will not be so fried.
4.To prevent tomatoes or apples from bursting during cooking, 6 holes should be made with a toothpick.
5. When choosing meat, be it pork or beef, you need to pay attention to:
- The color of the meat, so that it is not matte or glossy, but uniform. The natural color of beef is red, for pork it is pink, for lamb it is red with white (but not yellow!) Layers of fat.
- The consistency must be elastic. It is not necessary to buy slippery pieces, as well as oozing blood - this indicates staleness.
- Age (the younger the meat, the tastier). But experts do not advise purchasing steamed meat for barbecue, as it will quickly become tough.
- Temperature. Chilled meat is the best option. Except, you can choose ice cream, but it should be distinguished from re-frozen. Meat frozen twice has a pink-gray surface on the cut.
6. Before cooking meat, it should be marinated for 30-40 minutes, it will be juicier.

Grilled stuffed peppers from Anna Khazova
You will need:
Sweet pepper 5-6 pcs
Rice 1 tbsp.
Champignon mushrooms 0.3kg
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Large carrots 1 pc
Breast w / c - 0.15g
Boiled pork - 0.15gr
Cream for sauce 0.2ml
Sour cream 3 tablespoons
Grated cheese 0.2kg
Salt and pepper for the filling to taste.
Filling:
Boil rice almost until cooked,
fry mushrooms
cut carrots into strips and fry
cut the brisket and boiled pork into cubes, stir
Mix cream with sour cream.
I made 2 views of the stuff:
1. Rice + mushrooms with onions + carrots, added a mixture of cream and cream and stuffed with 3 peppers.
2. Rice + mushrooms with onions + cold cuts and also add a mixture of cream and sour cream, stuffed with 3 peppers.

Cut off a piece of pepper from the side, peel it from seeds. Add a filling.
Put on the grill and cook for about 1 hour over medium heat, if you like the pepper to be very soft, then it is better to blanch it and then stuff it, then the cooking time will be reduced. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking. It turned out very tasty, the family liked it. PLEASANT AAPETIT !!!

Oh, girls, my mother just gave me her (or grandmother's) miracle form the other day. How many honeymen are baked in it !!!!

🔗 🔗.

When I read the topic, I remembered this form that we once had and could have been adapted. A couple of days pass, and then mom brings her. And on the forum Creamy writes and offers a cool grill option.

Thank you!

Creamy, and nibbled at the middle?

Another question, but where can I get the sawdust?
Creamy
chaki2005 , I cut out the middle of the grates with a hacksaw for metal. Please note that in our old aluminum "Miracles" the lid is almost flat, so calculate the diameter of the cutout near the wire rack so that the wire rack is at such a height from the bottom of the pan and from the lid so that you can put pieces of meat or vegetables without touching the flat cover. Before taking up the hacksaw, I cut out a circle with a hole from the cardboard, tried it on so that it hung at the height I needed from the bottom of the pan. So first train on cats make a cardboard mold with a hole of the diameter you need. I stopped at a hole diameter of 7.5 cm. And I don't use any sawdust.

With new clothes! I, too, am happy and frightened. I was looking for information about this wonderful frying pan in the summer and accidentally ended up on the Bread Maker. Now, thanks to the Bread Maker, I got a miracle, an Orion pancake maker, a frying pan for donuts, a new coffee grinder, a bunch of silicone molds, and I'm still waiting for a vegetable cutter ... it seems it's time for deviceaholics to get treatment
And the frying pan is wonderful! I just want to say about potatoes - here someone previously complained that grilling gas turns out hard. So, I noticed that the final result directly depends on the type of potato. If the potatoes are so-called "crumbly" - they will not be able to bake them either on grill gas or in the oven ...
tatjanka
konkolla, Thank you! : rose: I have already prepared a warm salad, so far (hopefully in the future) the frying pan has met my expectations. Stuffed champignons next in line.
konkolla
What a wonderful little thing this frying pan is! I'm glad that I have it. Today for the first time I prepared mititei according to the recipe lesik_l... how delicious it is !!! I covered the grate with pieces of foil, and nothing even stuck to it. Now I'm thinking of using a silicone mat for this business, because I realized that both mititei and cutlets will be cooked on the grill gas more than once. It turns out very tasty!
lesik_l
konkolla, thanks for the good feedback. But, in principle, you don't need to lay anything. Place directly on the wire rack. You don't have to bother with foil or a rug.

No one has tried to create a grill gas meringue in a frying pan yet?
My oven cannot give a temperature below 180 (automatic, so that it), the meringues after 30 minutes on top of the coffee inside are sticky. I am looking for options.
Inusya
It seems to me that it’s too capricious thing for that. If only it was transparent, so that you could see his readiness. And the temperature is also difficult to guess.
Creamy
And the idea is interesting, if you also put a divider on the burner under the pan, or even two (I often do this, especially if I boil my homemade sausage so that the water barely trembles on top). And only experience will give the exact answer.
