Yes, it is black with white dots, like enamel. But how long it will last, who knows. Let's hope.
mur_myau
Can you buy Romanian in Russia?
Or order in Moldova or Ukraine?
Tell me who took it. Honestly, I have read half a thread of discussions so far, but I haven’t got to the bottom of it, I want to sleep. Thanks in advance for your answers.

And further. Tillotama has some enticing enamelled gas grills in the store, I want to too.
Although Romanian grill is preferable. Or does it matter? How do you think?

I tried to find such pans for sale on Romanian sites (see the package) and did not find it, we have a lot, they do not). May be called differently. By the name of the manufacturer on the certificates of conformity "S.c. Emailul S.a." found their site - 🔗

Yes, there are some other enameled dishes, but this miracle is not visible. It's strange. Maybe China is passed off as Romania or riveted in Odessa.

The enamelled coating will last a long time if not covered. The main thing is that the paint does not smell. I bought mine from an outbuilding in joint purchases very cheaply. I didn't know if I would use it, so I took it. And I'm very happy. excellent frying pan both in quality and in preparation. Easy to clean. So the best is the enamel finish.

So I understand that if it smells like paint - it means something "left", is it better not to use it?
It's a pity not to check before buying. All the same, I tend to the tillotamine grill, after all, she tests everything on herself. I'll meditate a little more on these grills.

Have you got enamel with specks? How do they tell here?
And how long have you been using it?

From the picture I realized that the handle is like a chapel (removable).

I don't use mine, my gas panel is broken. I've been waiting for a new one for a couple of months. But who else I bought - they use and are happy. I ordered 6 of them for myself, relatives and friends.Enamel pans, speckled.

I cooked capelin today in Miracle. The whole family loved it! Everybody knows. that fried capelin is delicious ... but harmful.
And this one tasted fried, but not greasy, or rather with its own fat. I just got a gastronomic delight!
I prepared the marinade like someone else's from the topic (I'll see - I'll say thanks). By the way, it is a pity that the fried capelin was not displayed as a separate recipe, I had to turn over 20 pages.
Yes, and the marinade is like this: mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, fish spices.

P.S. I saw capelin and cooked it according to the recipe Irina Sht.... Thanks for the idea!

Elenka, please! I myself was in a pleasant shock, fried sea perch, and for the sake of interest I marinated 4 pieces of mywash with them. To be honest, I didn’t think that something would come out more sensible from this, but the result was pleasantly surprised. And it fried quickly, in 15 minutes, including warming up the Miracle, and you do not need to turn it over, and it can be easily removed with tongs. And most importantly - the slab and walls are clean
I promise to buy capelin in the near future and issue a recipe.

Irina and other happy owners of a miracle of stainless steel without coating (I want to order one tomorrow in a mobile phone or an outlet) - how do you like a frying pan? Better than enamelled or not? And yet, stainless steel heats up more slowly than carbon steel - does this somehow affect the process itself? Or maybe there are some other pitfalls?

We have 260 hryvnia in Ukraine. Calve firm in my opinion. They look the same in the picture. Only the diameter of the inner hole seems to be 10 mm larger.
Only I myself do not really know anything about them, that's why I asked kind people for help, because I would like to buy myself stainless steel.

As far as I understand, all the boxes are made on the spot, in Odessa)). Found on foreign sites with a blue cover, as in the photo. Interestingly, the mold is included in the kit?

Enamelled in the process of use does not lose its appearance. Easy to clean. And if some kind of carbon deposits or spots are not so noticeable (it is dark). Yes, and everything is washed off with a metal washcloth, without damaging the enamel.

How can I answer so as not to offend anyone? Both pans are good. The difference does not affect the quality and taste of cooked food, but nevertheless for myself, I noted that I like stainless steel more. The only thing you can find fault with is that over time the lid changes color from temperature. I found more pluses.
1. The hole for the hotplate is one centimeter larger, it can be placed not only on the small and medium, but also on the large hotplate.
2. Separate "grooves" are made for the lattice and for the lid (I don't know how these recesses are called correctly) That is, the lattice goes into its own recess, and the lid into its own. And so the lid fits tightly, there are no gaps. And in the enameled one there is a groove only for the grate, and the lid is placed directly on the grate, so the lid does not close tightly, as if it moves along the grate. "The size of the pillowcase does not match the size of the pillow."
3. The pallet is made as if deeper. I don't know how to explain it in words. In general, if you pour water into an enamelled one, then not all the bottom is covered with water, the "banks" are sloping, remain dry, and in stainless steel everything is covered with water. It is easier to wash afterwards. But for me this is not essential, lately I have always covered the bottom with foil. I didn't like cooking with water.
4. Compactness. The stainless steel can be folded more compactly. We turn the lid over, and everything becomes one another. You can't fold enamelled like that. This is important for my small kitchen.
5. Aesthetics. It's important for me. The stainless steel looks, even yellowed, more solid. And in your hands, when you wash, it is more pleasant.
I repeat once again that the food is equally tasty.
Maybe someone will disagree with me, she didn't want to offend anyone. Both Miracles are good. Each has its own merits.
Elena L
I have enamel. Everything in it is the same. Suitable for all burners. The cover fits into the groove. Water closes the bottom. Easy to clean, even when you do not wash immediately. Lightweight. Probably the latest modification. The manufacturer is probably China. On the instructions, this address - 🔗 ... It is much cheaper in cost.
Elena L
And it folds just as compactly.

Now about the compactness, the pallet does not fit into the lid

And this is, on the contrary, a lid in the pallet, it is also clear that it is far from ideal and the grill from above falls all the time.

Girls, followed the link that Elena L gave. There are not at all such enamel pans as mine. There they are exactly like a stainless steel, the same shape. And the edge is seamed with metal, as in the picture on the box. Made in China. We don't have such people in Ukraine yet.
I saw this in Elena Sandu's recipes the other day, I even wanted to pester her with questions

I have vague doubts. In the description - non-stick coating inside. They write that it is covered with a "transparent non-stick coating". Maybe a description error?
By the way, there are a number of slots on the side of this frying pan. Is it possible to pour water into such a bottom?
What are these holes for and are they in other models of stainless steel pans?

Hello! Take me into your ranks! I also bought this wonderful frying pan yesterday. Natalia Kornienko, thanks for the consultation, decided not to be greedy and bought a Romanian one in your store. And in the evening I finished reading the remaining ten pages of the forum and was upset - it turns out that everyone is already dreaming of stainless steel. But our stainless steel is not for sale yet, so I will rejoice at the tit in my hands. Yesterday I baked shrimp - it turned out super-tasty, today we are planning a shashlik. I will study and I need to move on to the fish.
mur_myau
They threw the mailbox with receipts. Something fast, but the amount fits an enamel pan (I won't say for sure, mailers no longer print the sender). I'm going to get it. Hope it's a frying pan !!! And buy capelin and chicken thighs.

So I bought myself a stainless steel, I was already preparing baked potatoes and the wings, it turned out that way, the kebab is marinated, it will be for dinner. So far, my cooking is pleasant to homemade ones. As I suspected in stainless steel, everything is cooked faster for 5-10 minutes (compared with time in recipes) and the flame is almost at a minimum on the middle burner and everything turns out to be fried and tasty, a couple of wings even burned because I did not put them neatly ( revealed and were higher than others). So while I'm happy with the choice
Julia ***
Tell me please! Do sausages need to be marinated before baking? And do you need to pierce them with a fork?
DuNika
I did not pierce. All are intact. I tried to marinate, I did not notice much difference, the marinade is not absorbed through the shell ...
Kornienko
You do not need to marinate the sausages. Pierce with a toothpick and bake.
It is better to marinate meat before cooking
Julia ***
Thank you!
