Wow, what a fish !!! Is it so fried in the pan?
Irina Sht.
Aha, in Miracle!
Taia
Did you grease the fish with something so that it does not dry out? Was water poured into the bottom of the pan?
Something did not occur to me that you can cook carp like that.
Irina Sht.
Salted, left for 10 minutes. I mixed soy sauce and mayonnaise, last time I added a little more mustard. I smeared it and left it for an hour. You can put onion rings in the belts, I did it the last time, I liked it. I just forgot today.
I do not pour water into the pallet. It takes longer to cook with water and does not redden. I've been doing everything with foil lately. I tear off a single piece, lay the glossy side up, fold the corners inward. I pressed the middle with my palm, the hole was imprinted, I cut a hole along it with scissors. Everything drips onto the foil, since the piece is one-piece, nothing flows anywhere and does not fry. Only the grate has to be washed, the lid and the pallet remain almost clean.
It took 15 minutes to cook on one side and 15 minutes on the other.
All.
Inusya
Irina, thank you, I'm sitting here dreaming about tomorrow, and you also posted the finished cooking program.
It remains for me only to tear myself away from the computer tomorrow. And I will have a fish day. I hope that the carp will be nothing too. The first time I will grill them. On time they came across to me today ...

girls, someone tried to bake yeast dough with pies in a miracle? we once had an electro miracle - it worked out there, but in this one - I don't know
Irina Sht.
Inna, please! For me, before, how to fry fish - watch! The whole stove is in grease, the tiles are in grease, the frying pan, too, the smoke outlet throughout the apartment! Horror! And with "Miracle" - a song! Cleanliness and order, no grease splashes, the stove is clean and the fish is even tastier than in a frying pan. Now I even fry a capelin in Miracle.
Elenka
Irina, delicious crucians! Issue a separate recipe, there is a photo. Maybe someone will need it, it will be difficult to find in the topic.

Irochka, thanks for the thought on the fish, otherwise I somehow lost sight of it. Everything is vegetables and meat.
Ir, does it stick to the falga when you turn it over?

from I'm a bastard reader ... for sure! And I decided that foil on the wire rack, I fry the steaks like that.
I'll try ...
Thank you!

And what if you try to cook according to the same principle in a non-electric steamer without a bottom pan. I don't really like that you can only put something along the perimeter. You can't put a large piece.
Irina Sht.
That's right, foil in a tray, fish on a wire rack.
lesik_l

But what if you try to cook according to the same principle in a double boiler

Steam is cooked in a double boiler, and here we recreate the conditions for cooking on charcoal. One is very different from the other
kiddy
So if you remove the part from the steamer where the water is poured and it will be like on coals, the question is whether the glass lid will withstand me, in principle, it is not a pity to try the steamer.

Nobody knows where to buy one?

Where's the lid? And the plastic handles inspire doubt.
kiddy
Yes, the cover is somehow missing. The handles are not scary if no fire hits them. I have pots with plastic handles ok.
lesik_l
Well, the pan does not heat up without water, but the pan should warm up well. And the second point is the absence of a lid, but how is heating carried out - only by secondary heat from the heated bottom? Then what about the issue of collecting juices that stand out?
Freesia
Girls!
I ordered the same grill gas, but for now as a gift, not for myself. It came to me with instructions in a foreign language and without a recipe book. And how are you? Maybe what kind of fake I got? My husband also added to me and told me that there is no barcode and she does not have a double enamel coating, but he read about this somewhere in Romanian pans of these
lesik_l
A photo in the studio - we'll figure it out
Freesia
And what to photograph? there is no barcode on the box. The pan itself?

Outwardly, everything is fine, and the enamel itself is "dotted", as it should be. And the grid is correct. And the box looks like the ones that the girls showed. I don't remember mine, my frying pan is already 5-6 years old, so years ago ...

And how did the husband count the layers of enamel? Just wondering

And I have the same one, I have been using it for a month, everything is OK!

On some site it was written that there are Romanian with an enamel coating and with a double enamel coating, even showed it to me, but did not save the link
lesik_l
Taiwanese - single coated and thin steel, easily damaged. And the Romanians have one quality - and it is excellent. Never mind - you have the right frying pan.
Freesia
Girls, do you have instructions in Russian? Although, they wrote on the box in Russian. Is there a recipe book? I don't have it, although they wrote that it was supposed to. I just didn't buy it for myself!

I didn't have a recipe book. Why are they? We have recipes on the forum. Googling, you will find many recipes. They are needed for the first time to adapt, then you yourself will intuitively cook
Irina Sht.
I have the same box and the pan too. There were two pieces of paper in the box, one in Russian, the other not. And the recipe book goes for a Taiwanese pan, not a Romanian one.
Freesia
Thank you so much! Calmed down!
If I bought it myself, I would not bother with the recipe book, we have everything here

Girls, I have a question about the frying pan. My airfryer burned out - such a loss, I was completely delighted with it - now it is so lacking. Therefore, I take a closer look at the gas grill pan, it is cheaper and lighter. But doubts about the harmful and useful torment. That without fat is understandable. But doesn't food processing with household gas combustion products seem dangerous to you? I heard that you can't cook on an open fire of a gas burner! But here, in essence, the same thing. Explain to me, dense. And then, as sometimes happens, you use something all your life, and then it turns out that it was deadly. Calm down!
kirch
How do we cook in gas ovens all our lives?
Countryman

But here, in essence, the same thing. Explain to me, dense.

I will try.
Domestic network gas consists mainly of CH4 methane and water vapor, which should be as small as possible, its maximum content is set by GOST. (When there is excess vapor, the flame is yellow, not blue.) In addition, it contains a special "paint" additive. Methane itself has no odor and the additive is intended to attract the attention of the consumer by smell in the event of an unauthorized gas leak.

When gas burns, methane combines with oxygen O2 in the air.

CH4 + 2 * O2 = CO2 + 2 * H2O

Thus, for the combustion of one methane molecule, two oxygen molecules are required.
Combustion produces one molecule of carbon dioxide CO2 and two molecules of water (H2O).
Both are safe for humans. (As a result of the combustion of cylinder gas - a mixture of propane C3H8 and butane C4H10, more heat is released, but the combustion products are the same)

In fact, I was taught chemistry only at school, but I was lucky with the teacher. Her lessons were both interesting and memorable for a long time.
lurika
Yes, you were lucky with your teacher, at school they only instilled in me an aversion to chemistry, as a result of knowledge 0. If these are indeed all combustion products that are released, then you have calmed me down. In a gas oven, the flame does not fall directly on the food, but on the metal bottom of the oven, and in the pan it turns out that on the food. I think that carbon dioxide will not harm the body very much, although doctors do not recommend it. For example, carbonated drinks are harmful because of the carbon dioxide.

In fact - because of solution carbon dioxide in water, i.e. coal acid H2CO3. Disturbing the stomach.

That's it, they finished it, I'll take it.

Of course you need to take it! The food is not cooked over an open fire, but by the heat of the fire reflected from the lid. Then this hot air comes out of the holes on the side. There is never visible or even visible soot on the lid - I checked it. There is circulation.
For me, this frying pan is a helper and savings. I have a built-in electric oven, it's a pity to waste email. energy if there is an alternative.
The frying pan really works like a grill - the heating is significant from above, and the bottom almost does not blush at all. The main thing is to adapt to it, choose the right burner and flame height. I didn't succeed right away, a couple of workouts and everything is OK.
I don't cook in it very often, maybe once a week, sometimes if I already got it, then several dishes at once. I am very happy with the purchase and not only me - the family is happy.

I, too, after reading Temka, was tempted to cook a chicken drumstick. It turned out very long (40min) and dry. My lid does not cover the pan tightly, there is a large gap. Maybe that's why he cooks for a long time?

I also cooked for a long time the first times. And then I made the fire stronger and everything began to cook quickly and everything was juicy. I cook shashlik no more than 30-35 minutes, and I am very pleased with the chicken even faster with the frying pan.

A common mistake is to set a small fire, bake for a long time - so the product is overdried. At first, it was like that too, until I understood what the point was.
tat-63
thanks for the advice. but I have an average burner of 7.5 cm, the flame can only be made small, otherwise it feeds into the pan, cooked on a small burner for full fire. Girls and your lid is tightly closed, otherwise I have a large gap of about cm
Taia
The lid does not fit tightly, it somehow dangles, there are gaps. But what size they did not even pay attention to ...
I cook on almost maximum heat of the smallest burner, its diameter is 5 cm. Preheat the pan.

the seller claims that the manufacturer is Romania. I'm afraid to be mistaken ... Does anyone have such a package?
mr.Elbee
A couple of days ago I came in such a package from Odessa. It is written that Romania, even the EU flag on the box flaunts. No barcode, instructions in Romanian. The seller's website was in another box, sent in this one. On the phone, the seller said it was Romanian. And there who knows. I cooked twice, like nothing.
