Yesterday I cooked stuffed mushrooms, meat, eggplants. I didn't have time to fry the eggplants separately on the grill, and Natasha (daughter-in-law) suggested an ingenious solution - to put eggplants on the meat ... It turned out very tasty.
Stuffed champignons.(you can cook in the oven)
1. Wash the champignons, break off the legs. Immerse the hats in salty cold water for 20 minutes.
2. Make frying: finely chopped onion, champignon legs and carrots - (grate on a fine grater) fry in a pan. By volume - all in equal quantities. Pour the hats into a sieve, drain. Stuff the hats (no slide) and bake in the Grill-Gas for 15 minutes over low heat.
3. During this time, do stuffing: 2 processed cheese, garlic, a little cheese (which is not a pity, you can do without it), grate small carrots, mayonnaise, sour cream. Mix everything.
4. Open the lid of the Grill and put the cheese filling in a slide on top of the mushrooms (I made balls and quickly put them on top of the mushrooms) Close the lid and let the cheese bake (over low heat for 10 minutes) The tasty dish is ready!

- Collect the "turrets": put eggplant, tomato on the plate, cheese mass on top.
The turrets on lettuce leaves look very nice. You can decorate with cranberries, herbs (which is in the house). Ready-made barbecue sauce was served with the meat.
