Ingredients
beef heart 50%
onion 50%

Cooking method

Cut a piece of beef heart into pieces (you don't need to cut it, it will just cook longer) and boil until tender. We cut the onion as conveniently and fry it, salt, pepper, and then simmer until tender in vegetable oil. Then grind pieces of heart, butter and onion in a food processor or meat grinder to a state of pate. The heart and the onion are taken in a ratio of about 1 to 1, that is, there should be a lot of onions. I usually use a mixture of 5 peppers. I don't add butter, but initially I was taught to add it.

Oh. How glad I am, girls, that the recipe came in handy! And now I am still doing something similar out of the lung, only I add carrots to the onions for overcooking. It's good for bread and great for filling in pies.
