Ingredients

Lentils Beluga 0.5 st.
Raw smoked bacon (brisket) 60g.

Cooking method

  • Cut the bacon (brisket) into cubes and fry under the lid, stirring occasionally, until all the fat is melted. I had a not very fat brisket - I added rust. oil.
