Lazy Meringue

Ingredients

proteins 4
corn sticks 1 pack
sugar 1.5-2 cups
peanuts or hazelnuts or walnuts 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Break the corn sticks, chop the fried nuts (not much), beat the whites with sugar until thick foam. Mix everything thoroughly and carefully.
  • Lay foil on a baking sheet (parchment, oiled paper) and spread the resulting mixture with a spoon, forming small pancakes.
  • Bake for approx. 20 min at temp. 150-200 degrees.
  • It looks not very good, but it tastes very good!
