  • Pour in the mixed liquid, oil on top. I add flaxseed, mustard, then corn - each adds a little flavor nuance to the finished bread. The mode on Panasonic is 02 (fast), the blade is ordinary. I don't add sugar!

Bran will never become limp in the dough, since bran is a shell-husk from the grain, they absorb liquid very poorly. The bran dough needs a little more liquid than usual.

Svetlana! Have you tried baking? It is baked perfectly! See photo. Bran on the quick program does not sour and does not grind, but does not crunch in the finished bread ... I also tried to bake it with Borodino bran - there are some with spices on sale - it is also tasty, and even better this bread did not work on fermented baked milk , and on the fermented milk product "Zakvaska" 1% fat - it turned out more magnificent, tastier and found only one drawback - he quickly ate and did not live to see the photo session
