I looked, it looks very tasty and appetizing. Only the question arose: should the cooking time be the same as in Panasonic?

In theory, the time should be reduced (the power is different). My second one has 900W, but I left the first 40 minutes as in Panasonic, and reduced the second 20 to 10 ... it was enough.

Baked Zebra cupcake from a recipe book. Baking time 1 hour + 10 min. heating. As a result, the middle was not baked, I added another 15 minutes of baking. She took it out, cut it, the middle was clearly not baked and the cake was heavy, did not rise. I noticed that the recipes in which there is oil, for some reason, turned out to be unfinished and heavy, I tried to reduce the amount of oil, but the result was the same. Where is the mistake?
AW_72
Maybe condensation is running down the middle?
Luysia
AW_72, I recommend that you read the detailed recipe here:

The author tells in detail about all the nuances of cooking these pastries.

And here you can see the same baked goods in a different mode:

I have already cooked buckwheat twice for the program of the same name program GREECHKA. Really like!!!
I thoroughly rinse 2 MC of buckwheat, fall asleep in a slow cooker, salt, pour water exactly up to the 2nd risk (I liked it that way), close it and forget about the kitchen for a while.
I open the cartoon almost immediately after the signal, and there is a gorgeous buckwheat crumbly porridge! Nothing sticks or burns.

I tried to do it at 150 gr. 1 hour. All the same, the very middle turned out to be a little damp. Next time I want to try adding 20 minutes. But I doubt if it’s too much.

And I so hoped that 150 gr. will be better So it's not the temperature? I think that if you add another 20 minutes, it will burn, but the middle will remain the same.
Rick
150 gr. definitely better. I don't think it will burn. It seems that well, a little bit was not enough until ready. If the child gives the opportunity, then today I will try to do it.

Rick, Evgenia, what a handsome man it turned out .... how glad I am, as if I baked it myself I will definitely try to do the same, I hope it will work out. Did you keep it heated or opened it immediately? Did you use baking soda or baking powder? I did 0.5 tsp with soda. pay off, and the other recipe says 1 tsp. soda, how much is better to put? In general, what recipe did they make so that it would certainly work out?

I myself am glad to the disgrace that happened!
So so. I stood on heating for 10-15 minutes. I can't say for sure, the child was distracted. If not for him, I would have pulled it out right away. Now I wonder if the cake would be different or the same? I used soda. Somewhere 0.5 tsp. soda, quenched with vinegar. A recipe from the book of recipes for CF. The first two times I also did it according to this recipe.
Now I want to try it according to my old recipe, there is no margarine, slightly different proportions of products and the dough turns out thinner.

Curd casserole "Udachnaya" from Luysia

I represent the curd casserole, still warm.

It turned out without curved edges and elastic, baked on top.

Recipe from antique vintage book "Secrets of the Generous Table", 1976. I often cooked this casserole in the oven before, it always turned out very well, and then, as I hit the electric pans, I forgot about it. In the book, the recipe is called "Cottage cheese pudding (baked)", and we will call it modestly like this:

39. Curd casserole "Lucky"

Lyusya, can you arrange it as a separate recipe? And it’s so difficult and inconvenient to get to her, and over time I’m afraid I’ll forget about her, but once I saw in the bookmarks - and happiness !!!

And a big secret! This recipe was included in the Brand 37501 Multicooker Recipes book.

I'm going to bake a Zebra cupcake again, can I replace kefir with sour cream? Will not be denser because of sour cream?
Rick
In principle, you can. Earlier, when I baked "Zebra", I added what is in the fridge, when kefir, when sour cream. The pie was always good. How I began to cook in MV, I have not tried it with sour cream yet, I wanted it to be exactly according to the recipe. But I think you can.

My baking with sour cream always turns out denser, so I prefer to make dough with sour cream on some bagels.

I also agree with Nevushka.
It is good to add sour cream to yeast dough, and where there is baking powder / soda, I add kefir better.

And I, and I "navarganila" Well, sooo delicious. Now I want to try with other fillings, for example, something with fried onions.

AW_72
Well, I put a "zebra" in a cartoon, I'm waiting for what happens. I took kefir + sour cream in half. In general, as far as I remember, there was always sour cream in the zebra, not kefir.
Rick
So I got into old recipes, there is also sour cream everywhere. Probably, it's more about personal preferences and tastes, some like it more, some in a different way. The main thing is the result. Write, pliz, in what mode they baked and what happened.
Well, I really like cooking (in particular, baking) in MV and it's very interesting how others do it. I even began to reread the topic "Testing ...". The first time I read it, knowing nothing about CF at all. Now I would like to re-read on the basis of my experience (a little of this).
AW_72
Here is my garden head ..... I started "Zebra" again just to try the manual mode 150 g .... just now, when I was already baking, I saw that it turned out that I had just turned on "baking", the child was distracted by the inappropriate moment...
Rick
I can imagine how upset you are. I wonder how long it will take for you to bake a "Zebra"?
LyubaNa
Hello everyone! I've been reading the forum for a long time, but I'm quiet, like that Vaska .. listens, yes there is. Thanks to yours, I bought myself a second cartoon (37501), I'm very pleased with it. But I have a question. I really like "Tears of an Angel" has done it more than once. But the first two times it turned out great for me, and then three times .. straight to tears - WITHOUT BREAKING AND EVERYTHING IS HERE. It runs straight through the valve. It's a shame - the whole pie is smoked. Now I make it in the oven, but the meringue dries up in the oven. all the same tasty, but there are no more "tears" on the meringue. Girls, maybe who knows what the matter is ??? (The same question was asked in the Temka "multicooker Brand 37501", but there is no answer, maybe there is less activity, I really look forward to an answer)

I report ... on baking 1 hour 20 min + 10 min. heating. I opened the lid and saw a domed pie raised high. It's baked, but the bottom layer is still a little overcooked, so I don't know how it would be for 150 grams ..... very porous, softer than sour cream, BUT for me it's not "Zebra", a real Zebra is exactly on sour cream, which I am I love it since childhood. Now it remains to ensure that it bakes well on sour cream
Rick
Yes, it rises well. Now we are waiting for a report about the "Zebra" on sour cream and 150 grams, as I understand it

Unfortunately, sour cream is no longer what it was in childhood ... Unless you ferment it yourself, in order to know for sure that it is without any unnecessary additives, modifiers and thickeners.
In my Soviet childhood, I also baked everything only on sour cream - a draft shop for a ruble twenty, about which my grandmother used to say: "At least pour it on the dog," she was so liquid. But it baked perfectly on it!

"Rice" or "Buckwheat" mode. The difference is not too big. Only "Buckwheat" will be longer. I always take a proportion of 2: 3.5 for pilaf.

Thank you girls !!! I will try to make on buckwheat and + heating for 1 hour (if I understood correctly) !!!
and I'll try to take 6 glasses of water for 2.5 glasses (average between 1: 2 and 1: 3)
