I talked to my mother (she is a pastry chef), she says that she cannot boil the meringue. You probably boil cottage cheese, probably fatty ...
vernisag, thank you very much for your reply. The cottage cheese is probably really fat. I always take from one seller. She brings me from the village, always sells milk and food from one cow to me, she knows that I have children. I'll try to dilute chtol with low-fat store cottage cheese and omit it again in the cartoon? By the way - who and how takes the Angel's Tears out of the multi? It is very difficult to take out such a delicate masterpiece without stirring it up. Share your experience, eh?

So you go to the topic Angels tears there I wrote how best to take out.

Yes, it rises well. Now we are waiting for a report about the "Zebra" on sour cream and 150 grams, as I understand it
RickI am reporting, as promised. And so, I baked "Zebra" with sour cream, "manual" mode 150 gr. Baked for 1 hour 20 minutes. opened immediately. Everything is baked, the cake has risen, in my opinion it has even risen too much for the sour cream. Everyone liked the version with sour cream more than with kefir, the dough is slightly denser and the taste is brighter. I cut the cake into three parts and soaked it with sour cream + sugar cream, it turned out to be a very tasty cake
Rick
Report accepted! Now the recipe is nada, just sour cream in the fridge is lying around ...! I immediately wanted to try it with cream, like a cake, it never occurred to me.

Py. sy. The recipe is just for comparison with what I have, maybe what other proportions.
AW_72
I slightly changed the proportions for myself, it turned out:
Sugar - 1 glass (in the recipe 2 tbsp.)
Flour - 2.5 cups (if the sour cream is thick, then a little less, the dough should be of medium consistency)
Egg - 4 pcs.
Sour cream - 200g. (I had 10%)
Oil - 100 gr.
cocoa - 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
0.5 teaspoon soda slaked with vinegar
Cream: 1 tbsp. sour cream + sugar 0.5 tbsp. (in the recipe 1 tbsp., for me it's too sweet).
The glass was taken by an ordinary, not cartoonish.
Rick
I have the same recipe, only without oil. Here in it I sometimes replace sour cream with kefir. Only in MV I have not done it yet, now I will do it in the near future. Thank you!

I've always had recipes with butter. Recently I saw a recipe without oil, only 200 gr. sour cream. How much sour cream is in your version? I have never done it with sour cream alone, will it probably be more dense? But for the final experiment I still bake the "zebra" in the oven, nevertheless, in MV the cake tastes different from the classic
Rick
My proportions are exactly the same as yours, I cannot compare by density, because I have not tried it yet. And she always baked in a miracle stove, still of Soviet production, she is already 20 years old, she still works! (That would be the case with modern technology!) Now in MV I will try to bake this way, with and without butter.

Quote: AW_72

And yet for the final experiment I will also bake the "zebra" in the oven ...

Now you can
AW_72
Now we will wait for your reports
Rick
I also noticed that my PMM began to fill up more slowly. I used to stuff pots and pans there, and it's done - I worked every day. And now two pots from MV are enough for me to cook, I only make plates and cups in the PMM, and so on, little things. And it makes no sense to turn it on, it's half empty, it works every three days now. All in all, one big savings

That's for sure And today I had to cook rice milk porridge not in a multicooker, but on an ordinary electric stove ... well, what can I say, MB spoiled me sooooo much, as a result, the porridge burned, thickened and tasted not comparable to a multicooker

Now we will wait for your reports

Well, now I am reporting. Today I baked "Zebra" according to my old recipe, that is, like yours, only without butter. The dough turned out to be thin, not that liquid, but also thin. BUT! It was not baked in 1 hour 20 minutes. I added 2 (!) Times for 20 minutes, in total, I learned only 2 hours. The main thing, of course, is that it is baked, but 2 hours is still a long time, in my opinion.

Here's the recipe for how I did it:

Quote: AW_72

Sugar - 1 glass in the recipe 2 tbsp.
Flour- 2.5 cups I put 2 tbsp.
Egg - 4 pcs.
Sour cream - 200g. (I had 10% 20%)
Oil - 100 gr.
cocoa - 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
0.5 teaspoon soda slaked with vinegar
Cream: 1 tbsp. sour cream + sugar 0.5 tbsp. (in the recipe 1 tbsp., for me it's too sweet).

Yesterday baked Testing multicooker Brand 37501
Rick
So I do not understand, although I read here that someone also does not bake for the stated time, I have to add. I wonder if it might be that MB does not give the required temperature for some program? Although ... on my baked goods in an hour, the zebra was not baked even for 150 grams. you have to add time. And not just a zebra. I baked "Chocolate-impregnated chocolate cake". It took everyone 10 minutes, 20 hours to bake it, but it took 40 hours for me. Maybe then my dough doesn't work out like that? The rest of the programs work like everyone else. I've already tried everything.

On what mode did you make, baking or manual 150 gr.? I also got all three "Zebras" different, but at 150 grams. 1 hour 20 minutes, everything was baked at once, and before that it was necessary to add.

Manual 150 gr

I don’t even know, for me it’s also a mystery why my first zebra was never baked, no matter how much time I added and didn’t rise at all, and the next one rose very much and everything was baked. Maybe it's all about the amount of flour.
vernisag
Probably, they've made some mess of something with the dough, nothing happens ...

Owners of the multicooker, help, can anyone know which non-native bowl is suitable for 37501? I completely ruined mine, I can't find it on sale anywhere, but until the summer there is no strength to wait (they promise to bring a bowl 37501). It's no longer possible to cook, everything sticks: this: I'm waiting for her since the new year, maybe someone knows how to help my gyu ???

Psichika, We have no information on the possibility of replacing the bowl with a bowl from another manufacturer. If you don't have the strength to wait for the original bowls, then of course you can experiment, but as they say at your own peril and risk.

Please tell me (I have 37501 from the first batch). I have a bowl completely "killed", and since there is no way to buy a new one yet, can I buy a bowl from another MV (for example, from Redmond). I took her cup from a friend and tried it on (it seems to fit, but somehow scary) the cups have the same height, but the bottom shape is slightly different. Has anyone tried to replace the bowl?

Honestly, it's a shame that the same questions are asked many times, as a result, newcomers are simply scared by the size of the branch, they are too lazy to read, and they again ask questions that have been discussed more than once.

And today, looking at the night, I decided to bake something in a cartoon
It seems like I thought of baking the "Muryonka's Cow" pie, but ... In general, I eventually muddied Borodino bread
And it WAS SOMETHING !!! First, in HP... he almost got out of it even during the kneading-proofing. Secondly, I tried to keep him on the Yogurt program, so he began to grow by leaps and bounds, so I didn't pick it up for a long time and turned on the manual 150C for 1 hour 15 minutes, then turned it over and for another 15 minutes. Thirdly, while the bread was being baked, the aroma of the bread was simply breathtaking!
In short, now it's worth cooling ... Only in the morning I will taste it.
Here he is, Borodinsky:

I courageously read the whole topic. Indeed, the same questions are repeated many times by newcomers (I also had them). Is it possible to do both recipes, bring the main questions to the first page and provide links? If it is, of course, not very laborious? (I really don't know, just as a guess)

The recipe was printed out in my "Talmuds" for a cartoon.

Borodino bread:

Welding:
4 tbsp. l. malt + 2.5 tsp. coriander + 80 ml boiling water

Further:
Warm water - 340 ml
Wheat flour 1 grade - 400 gr
Rye flour - 100 gr
Honey - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Apple cider vinegar - 2 sec. l.
Vegetable oil - 2 sec. l.
Yeast - 2.5 tsp

I didn't have malt, I took a mixture (store version) for making kvass (there is also malt). Ground coriander.
There was no apple cider vinegar, I took 9% vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
I added flour in the process of kneading until a pretty bun was formed.
The mass of the finished bread - 1 kg 200 grams

I was sitting here writing, but I just had a lump in my throat ...
In short, I will explain the situation in a nutshell ... I set the vegetables to boil in two steamers (beets at the bottom, potatoes with carrots at the top). She poured water into a level with the lower vessel. STEAM mode 40 MIN, VEGETABLES. After 25 minutes I went to get the top vegetables ... AND THERE !!! Steam somehow accumulated inside the scoreboard and the cartoon passed out! I have, of course, a semi-faint state ... I knocked it out of the socket. She removed the bowl. Not yet included. But the clock, I see, has appeared (and it seems that even they passed out).
How did the moisture get THERE?
Luysia
Lendi_Star, calmly!

I still have one guess.

You probably put large potatoes or carrots on the top steamer so that the steam outlet from the valve is blocked. And he began to look for other ways!

For now, unplug, wipe with a cloth, open the lid, remove the bowl and DRY naturally! LONG!

And there it will be seen may come to life must come to life!
Vichka
Dry, dry, as I dried Liberton at the battery for three days after pouring coffee on him.

Lendi_Star it was almost the same for me on the old bowl. Luysia spelled it right. My display fogged up when the mulch was heavily loaded with vegetables (now I don't put anything in the top steamer except eggs and carrots).
And even after I dropped the bowl for steam, it was not possible to cook at all, because the seal between the bowl and the silicone ring in the lid was broken. Then my display was very foggy and there was condensation on the corners of the lid and in general the steam was pouring wherever I wanted ...

Olga, unfortunately, nowhere. I didn’t save it right away, but now I don’t remember what was in the line-up.I only remember that then I baked bread with dry yeast (now I don’t bake such bread). I found a general recipe:
Quote: manna

With this, there is great difficulty Since the proportions of liquid / flour I can not say exactly - I look at the state of the kolobok ... 600 g of flour (rye / wheat in a ratio of 1/3), 1 hour. l. salt, 2 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, water about 200 300-350ml (I can't say more precisely), if you want a rye taste, then another couple of tbsp. l. rye malt, well, plus spices, if you like, coriander, for example, cumin ... 1 tsp each.
In the one about which you are asking, there were also rye flakes (from whole flattened grain), I also remember that they need to be soaked before kneading so that they swell a little (just a little so that they have time to absorb moisture). I don't even know what else to add
olga25
: rose: thanks.
yesterday I baked bread in MV * sliced loaf *
it turned out certainly not a loaf. but the bread is good. Only I have a question - can you not lubricate the bowl at all? And then I smeared the rust. butter - and the crust turned out like fried pies.
And tell me what kind of malt? is it from which kvass is made?
