Can you not lubricate the bowl at all? And then I smeared the rust. butter - and the crust turned out like fried pies.
And tell me what kind of malt? is it from which kvass is made?
No, I don’t grease the bowl at all if I bake bread in it.
Rye malt. There are different.
I have this

I was sitting here writing, but I just had a lump in my throat ...
In short, I will explain the situation in a nutshell ... I set the vegetables to boil in two steamers (beets at the bottom, potatoes with carrots at the top). She poured water into a level with the lower vessel. STEAM mode 40 MIN, VEGETABLES. After 25 minutes I went to get the top vegetables ... AND THERE !!! Steam somehow accumulated inside the scoreboard and the cartoon passed out! I have, of course, a semi-faint state ... I knocked it out of the socket. She removed the bowl. Not yet included. But the clock, I see, has appeared (and it seems that even they passed out). How did the moisture get THERE?
my friends "disarmed" their cartoon in the same way - by accidentally blocking access to the valve with vegetables on the upper steamer.

it is necessary to disconnect the MV and wait until it dries completely. it may take 2-3 days. then try to include.
my friends took theirs to the service, where they cleaned it of water. works like clockwork now

girls - and how to fry frozen cutlets? I cooked fish on the fry - they were browned, but raw inside. And in the end they burned ...
Manna
Be sure to put them out, you put out frozen cutlets on the stove in a frying pan
Or thawed on "Fry-Vegetables" with the lid closed.

Made a casserole "Tenderness" with chicken legs ...

Where are the recipes? Especially after such a photo!

And today for dinner we have a chicken with kefir from the book of recipes for MV and potatoes in a double boiler.

I added onions to the chicken, "Stew" mode for 1.5 hours and about 30-40 minutes on heating. I put it down and went for a walk with the child. We come, the smell all over the apartment ... It turned out very soft and juicy, even the breast. When I opened the lid, I was surprised, the gravy was transparent, it was not even clear that there was kefir. Before that, the chicken was still marinated for about three hours, since I put on a delay. And at the same time potatoes were cooked on the upper double boiler. The potato is saturated with the aroma of the chicken, the taste is unusual. Great !! My husband liked it In general, a very tasty and aromatic dish turned out from fairly ordinary products.

And then dessert. Also a tasty treat. Chocolate cake with currants (original with cranberries) Testing multicooker Brand 37501Testing multicooker Brand 37501

I baked on manual mode for 1 hour, temperature 150 gr. Maybe less, but somehow all my baked goods are baked for 20 minutes longer than girls in the same MV. Therefore, I set 1 hour at once. The oven is probably better on baking paper and make strips to make it easier to reach. This cake cannot be turned over. I didn't have baking paper, I just made strips when I took it out, and my cake fell apart a little.

Pie "Cow Burenka"

Testing multicooker Brand 37501

Dough:
200 g margarine
150 g sugar (it is better to take less: 80-110 g)
1 egg
350 g flour
1 pack. baking powder (10 g)
50 g cocoa
Filling:
150 g margarine
150 g sugar
4 eggs
500 g cottage cheese
1 pack. vanilla sugar (8 g)
1.5 tbsp. l. starch
Preparation:
Beat the softened margarine with sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough.
Grease the form with margarine. Lay out the dough, leaving a small piece.
Make the filling: mix all the products at the same time.
Pour the filling onto the dough.
From the remaining piece of dough, make a cake and tear into pieces.
Place pieces of dough on top of the filling in random order.
Place the Baking program for 65 minutes. After the signal, open the lid and chill the cake directly in the bowl.
Then put it in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours to freeze.

PySy: in my case, instead of sugar - fructose.
The speckled cow didn't turn out very well, so she "made up" it with a stencil (instant cocoa for children).

The option Thank you yourself is not visible, but the others see it and they can thank you, but you yourself cannot.

: DThis is understandable. I didn’t see others. Che-t some glitch. Now I rebooted, everything appeared for everyone (except me, of course).

Although ... Why not? One of my friends will cook something, eat something, and say: "Thank you, beloved, for what I ate so deliciously."
Lendi_Star
Zhenechka, it's very easy to get it ... I got acquainted with this method by making "Tears of an Angel".
I made two ribbons of baking paper, criss-cross into a multicooker (so that they stick out of it). It is very convenient to get any pastries.
... Sorry, for the clumsy spelling ... The brain of the slicker got tired in the evening, it's lazy to think ... Tomorrow I'll take a picture of the process with paper tapes!
Rick
Yes, I understood. Today I also took out a pie from the multi (I wrote about it on the previous page). I thought, maybe somehow. And your pie doesn't fall apart while you get it? (nothing, what on "you"?) And then I turned out to be soft and fell apart a little.

Only on YOU and nothing else !!!!!
Burenka just with a hard base I thought my husband would wait for him and me to "grab" these stripes in 4 hands ... But the cake had already cooled down and I wanted it to stand in the refrigerator for a while BEFORE husband came ...So I grabbed and pulled! Just with a bang!
So, Zhenechka, Burenka will definitely not fall apart "in the hands".
By the way, the chocolate base is just something !!! Delicate, melting in the mouth (not in the hands!), With a slight bitterness from cocoa.
Rick
Oh, well, I urgently want to bake "Burenka" !!! And yesterday's pie hasn't finished yet. Oh, where can I get so many eaters to eat everything that I want to cook ...
My husband and I took out the cake yesterday too. On the contrary, I thought that I could do it alone, but it didn't work out. Well, my husband just arrived for lunch and helped. And magic stripes are a cool way to get pies to get Respect to whoever came up with it.

Burenka, she's so fat. I prepared it once a long time ago, and on the advice of experienced people I replaced 100g of butter with cottage cheese. Well, it comes out very satisfying, so I no longer bake it. I like the Cheesecake Fair more.

The recipe is NOT MY ... I don’t know the subtleties ... actually, in my printed version it says 150 grams (I have already corrected it by 150). But to be honest, I added 110 grams, there was so much, but I didn't want to get it out of the refrigerator. I think that less is possible (IMHO).
And I liked this cake! Not every day, of course, I will bake it, but I will repeat it for sure.

Oh, you can still ask a question, in a recipe for 500 gr. cottage cheese 1 tbsp. l semolina or starch. Not a little 1 tbsp. the spoon? And what is preferable to semolina or starch?

I have already made this cheesecake so many times that I am already pouring a little of what is available, more often semolina, onto the eye. The filling should not be thick, although it still depends on the curd. Yes, you try, and then you will understand what is best for you. I assure you that everything will work out, the filling is very tender and tasty.

Girls, I write, well, in very upset feelings, today I found a scratch or crack about three cm in the side of the multicooker in the bowl of the multicooker. I can't imagine where it could have come from. I use MV sooo neatly, I never cooked any bones there, only silicone spoons, spatulas, did not drop them. No one but me approaches her, there is no one to spoil her. I don't know what to think. How harmful is it to cook in such a bowl?
Vasilica
I also have scratches, but they are shallow, so I use it calmly.

Believe me, there is always someone who spoils it. Not out of malice, it just happened.
My husband does not touch my multicooker / pressure cooker. But once I caught a picture of him pouring cold water into a hot bowl. I almost had a heart attack. I ask why to get wet. Why soak there? Well, he is so used to the food leftovers from drying out .... Who's asking? Assistant. She forbade even looking at the multicooker, let alone touching it. It's good that everything worked out.
And before that I really liked to get into a frying pan with a non-stick coating with a fork and a knife and also put a hot pan into cold water.

Elena Bo
And once it happened that my husband dumped forks into the bowl of a spoon after dinner ... So, to be sure that nobody touched the cup, you have to live alone.
But if you ask, it will not be recognized. He senses a catch, he has done something somewhere. Not him, just in case.

This is not advice. It's just that you can never be sure that no one touched otherwise.
We may think that nobody is touching something. But this is not a fact.
Manna
But what difference does it make who is to blame: she herself was mechanically distracted, or she forgot, or he didn’t know, by accident ... The fact has already taken place - the cup is ruined, so a new one is needed.
Vasilica
Girls, what about sea salt? Which is large. It seemed to me that I got a lot of scratches from this, now I only salt through the mill.
Manna
Yes, there may be scratches from coarse salt
