thanks, you must definitely try to cook ... and compare with cooked on Stew
I have not tried extinguishing. On buckwheat, the temperature is slightly higher than on rice, and on stewing, it is even lower than rice, so I do not want pilaf on stewing.

Vika, I cooked for the first time on Stew and the result pleased (I posted pictures). But now I will definitely try on Grechka.

I tried "stewed" pilaf in Polaris-508, I didn't like it at all, that slow cooker has a "pilaf" program, it turns out excellent pilaf.
AW_72
And if you take not steamed rice, but ordinary, what is the best ratio of water to make? 1: 2 will probably be too much?
Manna
For pilaf, I make a ratio of 2: 3.5 from long unboiled rice. Here, of course, a lot depends on the juiciness of vegetables and meat in pilaf, on the amount of oil ...

I also decided to stop at such proportions. Today I cooked Krasnodar round rice as a side dish, there was no other house, the ratio is 2.5: 4. I opened it immediately after the end of the program, it didn't work, it was almost porridge, but after standing for an hour in the disabled multitask, the rice decreased by half and became more crumbly. Now I don't know how much to reduce the water for Krasnodar rice, I feel that before the weekend I will have to make a garnish from it before the weekend
AW_72
VS NIKA, a question for you. I want to try the "Curd variety", but I am plagued by some doubts whether the porridge will turn out from cottage cheese, berries and sprinkling? And with which filler it turns out tastier, which berries are better to take (preferably fruits)?
RepeShock
I do any rice in a 1: 2 ratio, I like the result.
I use Krasnodar rice only for milk porridge, I use long-grain white rice for garnish and pilaf. I don't like steamed.

Why do you keep the rice on the heat for another hour after cooking? My rice is ready right away (Panasonic).

Lena, this is a very tasty pie and it has never turned into porridge for me. Berries, the juicier, the better and you can, if possible, not spare the berries. It is cut wonderfully, the pieces retain their shape, do not crumble.

Thank you, what is the best time for baking, I saw two options 1h 15 min and 1h 30min? And put semolina in the dough, not flour?

Time depends on cottage cheese and, of course, semolina, flour has nothing to do with it.

I did not keep it heated, but simply turned off, so that it would be lukewarm when my husband arrived. I also use Krasnodar for cereals, it's just that no other rice is expected until the weekend.

Ahhh, that's another matter entirely
AlikaBull
Well, I didn't make pilaf today, but I got confused with the cottage cheese casserole ... I shoveled a bunch of recipes and bungled something of my own
500 grams of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 0.5 cups of sugar, 1.5 tbsp. spoons of starch, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream, raisins
Beat 4 egg whites with sugar until firm. Separately mix cottage cheese, 2 yolks, starch, flour, sour cream, raisins. Gently mix the proteins into the curd mass with a spoon. Put the mixture in a mult. Gently grease the surface with the remaining yolks. Cook on Baking for 50 minutes.
and here is my beauty, the height is small 3-3.5 cm, but not dry. True, I'll put more sugar next time, she said - it should be sweeter
Testing multicooker Brand 37501
AW_72
Alla, it looks very tasty. And I made a curd soufflé according to the vernisag recipe, only I made it on a base of charlotte dough. I do not have the opportunity to exhibit a photo yet, but it turned out very tasty and quite tall, although a little donkey. That's just such a cake disappears instantly. Next I want to try the "curd variety".

Already cooked rice porridge - delicious !!!

Thank you so much !!! While I was waiting for a multicooker, I read the forum, I want to cook a lot of things.

hi!
see if it comes in handy

I think about the same and the dumplings are prepared!
vernisag
For dumplings 40 minutes is a lot, I think 20-25 minutes will be enough. maybe less ...
valushka-s
I think 20 minutes is not enough, I pour boiling water out of the freezer dumplings and 20 minutes on baking, but here all the same for a couple,
I think it would be a little longer.
Vichka
Girls, 20 minutes will be when the water is already boiling, and while it boils, the dumplings will be doused with steam and will move away from freezing less.
Better to set more time, the lid can be opened on this program, so you will understand when it is time to take out your dumplings.
In my opinion, steaming dumplings is not a very difficult task, try it.
Oliver
Since the moment I brought the multicooker, (since February 15), so much has been prepared, not even list. I see no point in uploading photos, because I don't want to repeat myself. Everything is so tasty and healthy that words cannot describe it! Only the kettle lives on the gas panel. The wife is baking. This is a photo of a charlotte with oranges. The recipe is taken from the recipe book. 🔗

I don't even remember when I cooked dumplings in the usual way. At 37501 I really like it on the program rice cook dumplings, they are so well fried, I mix at the end of the program. That's it, only in this cartoon on ave. rice https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=185834.0

Steaming may not be a difficult task, especially if you've done it before. I'm not a fan of steamers, and I never went further than an omelette. Yes, I made homemade dumplings at most once or twice, and therefore it would be a pity to spoil them with the wrong cooking program.
I hoped for the experience of other "colleagues", but it turned out to be too contradictory
It's good that I got this experimental batch, and my husband has not returned yet, otherwise I would have "amazed" him, but not as I wanted
I have minced pork and I am always nervous about the boil-over and I don’t try salt, and therefore I have no idea what I have with this case. But for me, insufficient salting is always on the table, or rather far away in the closet (although the use of salt in our family has been limited)))

Anyway, thank you all for the advice.

Yes, the fact of the matter is that I do not want fried, it was assumed that there will be dim sum or some other name in Chinese, I do not remember. Well, they should be for a couple. And my husband is a Sinologist (he lived in China for a while), and sometimes misses their cuisine, so I wanted to please him))) I did jao-dzi yesterday (it's just fried), and today I wanted to please for a couple
vernisag
Vei So how many minutes did it take in the end?
Vei
As a result, I cooked for 25 minutes, read your answers and decided to play it safe - I added another 20 minutes in vain in general
I think I needed a maximum of 30 minutes, my dough was thin, I was more worried about the minced meat.
And for my husband I just cooked it in water, as always)))

I cook on the Steam program, I just throw everything in after boiling water, and the time, like on the stove, depends on the dumplings themselves (size, filling and dough thickness) from 10 minutes to 15. But I rarely make them now.

and I have a new addition to the family! silver 37501
I thought about 502, but I "sunk" on the bowl coating (ceramics, also good, but daikin is prettier to me)

now I have two multi! now I will have twice as many tasty treats !!!

I'm also thinking about everything, or maybe take the second while they are still there. But they stop dreams of a small cartoon.

Hi

I am from the group "sitting in the bushes", slowly mastering a new girlfriend.
When I have a free minute at home (now at work) - I will post pictures of my "masterpieces".

I am slowly getting closer to the yogurt.
Your help is needed here.

I won't go to the pharmacy for leaven, we don't have such stuff. They will also call me an ambulance :)

We have local bifidobacterium yoghurts. It confuses me that they are either lactose-free or low lactose. Probably such will not work.

The only thing that remains is Activia, the composition of which is probably the same everywhere.
Manna
Jeanne, bifidobacteria in milk do not multiply. There is no point in over-fermenting such yoghurts. Activation ... Well, it is fermented most often (200 ml jar per 1 liter of milk). I have already written a lot about the risk of such fermentation, when you cannot be sure that you are multiplying in favorable conditions for microorganisms. Therefore, I would still advise you to find out about sourdough cultures in local pharmacies. What if there is ...

Identity 501 "champagne" does not give me rest, I wanted it so badly ... but I managed to buy only a cherry. The cherry is certainly beautiful, but still I want champagne, if the price was lower, it probably would not resist, I would buy another one for the rat ...I like design 501 And about the leavens I want to say that for three months I terrorized all the nearest pharmacies with questions about leavens. They brought it all the same, I got them apparently!

glykoza
Thank you, girls, - I will ask at the pharmacy, just as if they would not twist me at my temple.

By the way, the locals here make everything that is in the slightest degree like yogurt, despite the fact that there are preservatives.

True, I found a couple of tips on where to find more "live" yogurt.

Here my porridge turned out from dumplings (burnt) on the "Rice" program. My husband and I were on a business trip (they took the cartoon with us), we had to have a very quick lunch, and of course we bought store-bought dumplings. So, you can't cook store-bought dumplings exactly on "Rice", but home-made dumplings are quite possible, you need to try.

I got "silver" this week, the manager offered all the options (I was tossing between "silver" and "cherry") said - now there is EVERYTHING!

I have never got porridge. It is from the store frozen I cook, for 450-500g of dumplings, 100 ml of water. Maybe the water has spilled a lot?
