So my cartoon is different, but any recipe can be adjusted to fit it. Here I am looking at you. And I hide behind so as not to drive the bush.

I here painted a truncated thought that it is interesting, but it turns out for general development.
It would not be interesting, I would not ask. And then it turned out to be useful! Now we know who is sitting in the bushes! There is no way to come with something tasty and share with us - they are sitting in the bushes! 🔗

What are you all sitting in the bushes? I also ask my friend to get out of there - she doesn't want to! I bought 37501, makes goodies and shows off to me in Odnoklassniki. In my recipe with boiled pork, she looked out once and hid.

Girls, I've been testing the languor mode for almost a week, I'm delighted (the photo report will be later, when the guests leave). Let me tell you my impressions: I cooked reindeer ribs in several variations and fried at first, then exposed and just marinated and then added broth and nothing at all. the meat turns out to be the most tender undigested, despite the long cooking. I fry the meat on the bone right in the saucepan, there is no damage, but I subconsciously did it carefully, except for the meat I made stewed cabbage soup in this mode - the girls are almost like my grandmother's from the oven. My first conclusions are the mode I needed, I liked it, I will still cook on it, then I will expose the photo now I do not have time to photograph everything they eat))) yesterday I put a roast in the morning, an empty saucepan, I ask where? and it turns out that at night they watched biathlon so worried that they were hungry, and then a miracle saucepan squeaked))) well, as it was said, they decided to take a sample, but they could not stop, in the morning they had to cook porridge, it's good now not to stand at the stove, but threw it down and do your own affairs
Maribu
And I will add about the salt. I just ate this one, but I also added a bag of frozen mushrooms there and my favorite chopped tomatoes in my own juice. How delicious with sour cream. And most importantly, cooking is very easy, especially if the meat grinder knows how to shred cabbage. And mine can!
yosha
I've also decided to get out of the bushes. Why I was sitting there, I never had a multicooker, but since yesterday I have.
The first course was boiled lemon, and then put rice porridge. She sat next to me, worried. But everything worked out.
But I will not cook for a glass, but for 3/4 - we had a lot. Now I'm going to put the chocolate on boiling water.
Regarding the languor, let me insert your five cents, I read an article about cooking meat the other day, found interesting moments that were previously unknown to me personally. if interested, I can briefly sketch.

Sister, I on "languor" managed to simmer the chicken for 5 hours, and this is not venison, it does not need much time. But the result just amazed me! The chicken came out juicy, beautiful and, although the meat was moving away from the bones, the pieces of chicken were completely intact.

This mode is perfect for cooking in marinade, the product will have time to soak in the marinade in the first two hours.

Brief plot, entirely in Saveurs magazine # 1 2012
meat is muscle tissue made of proteins and so on. The basis of connective tissue is collagen, which is responsible for the rigidity of meat; the older the animal, the more connective tissue, the meat is tougher. In its raw form, collagen is hard, and in heat and humidity it turns into jelly, which dissolves in liquid, turning into amino acids, their molecules give us fat and aroma
But while collagen is undergoing these changes. connective tissue proteins also do not stand still. They curl up like chicken protein. Liquid begins to leave the meat. This process begins at 60 degrees, and when the temperature reaches 80 degrees, the meat will lose 2/3 of its moisture. If you miss this moment, the meat will be, if not tough, then dry, for which many do not like beef. So you need to cook for a long time and at a low temperature, since you are not hit by a young bull, and not the best pieces of beef or venison.
Well, something like this. Sorry that's long

Milk is all the same as always. Never ran away. Maybe this is the trick of barley grits? I'll cook millet today, for example, only half a glass in the same milk. I'll check the barley "for harmfulness".
So half a glass of millet in the same milk was perfectly cooked without running around. It turns out that barley groats are so harmful. By the way, it, like pearl barley, is greatly increased in volume. (naturally). Well her, now only for a side dish. There were enticing recipes here.

Chocolate was baked in boiling water, added to 60 for another ten minutes. The spot is wet in the middle, what should I do?

the scapula - do not bend, today I stirred potatoes with it - I liked it at work, the ladle is soft, but I think it will cope with the first courses.
I bought two of these ladles today. For the soup, they are of course small, in my opinion, you can't scoop up, but put porridge or meat gravy, I think they will cope perfectly. although we will try on everything.
I would have a couple more spoons. exactly spoons, like Victoria's, and I would be happy

Vika, and orange pudding, is there only juice or something else? Can I get more details?

The girls, even though I'm bragging about you here, or my friends, in response to my enthusiasm that my cartoon will come soon, look at me incomprehensibly, like: why do you need this ((((. And I slowly but sure steps approach my 37501 dream. Yesterday I paid the bill on the off-site and I'm waiting. And while I admire and saliva drip on your masterpieces, only the cottage cheese-orange pudding VS NIKA is worth what. While I am buying silicone molds, otherwise I have only for muffins, and we have spoons the whole problem is to find (((

I here brought gratitude for a safely spent first day with a multicooker. VS NIKA : rose: for "chocolate on boiling water". But there are questions: at what temperature is it better to bake it (I baked it on the baking program for 60 minutes and added it), should it be left on heating, or how?
And I bow directly to the belt Luysia for the biyron potatoes, it was she who brought me back to my carefree Tashkent childhood. I loved this potato, but I grew up and forgot. I did everything according to the recipe, only other additives: pepper, garlic, and cumin with coriander to them. Rice mode.
the question is, where to learn how to insert a photo here?

Ksyusha, I do everything according to the main recipe, I only change the fillers. In orange, like this: grated the zest on a fine grater, but you don't need much. I squeezed the juice and made jelly. While the pudding was preparing, the jelly froze and I simply broke it with a spoon on the pudding. The juice of one orange was enough for two such heaps of jelly.

By the way, in the new version 37501, I think the function of viewing the lower temperature, as in the Redmond device, would not hurt. Controlling the temperature during cooking and without opening the lids would be very useful in my opinion!

And I will insert my 5 kopecks about the borschik. I cook the beets in the microwave, then peel them, rub them on a grater, fill them with freshly squeezed lemon juice and naturally add them to the borscht at the very end of cooking. That's where color is so color. I think in MV it can be steamed in the upper steamer in a purified form while cooking the borscht itself and then everything according to the same plan.

I tried, as you advised, to steam the beets at the same time as cooking. Cut the beets in half, put them on a piece of baking sleeve. I liked it very much! Time is saved, the borsch is ruby, the steamer is not stained. I will do this now, thanks for the idea.

malena, I have a form with a height of 5.5 cm and a diameter of 14.5 cm on top. In Moscow, you can buy in Auchan. Unfortunately, only very small ones come across and those that do not fit into the bowl.
