Ingredients

Pork (whole piece - neck, brisket) 2 Kg
Water (regular 500 + 500 highly carbonated mineral water) 1 liter
Honey (can be substituted for brown sugar) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt (top) 3 tbsp. l.
Wine vinegar 50 ml
Bay leaf 3-4 pcs.
Peppercorns (black, pink) 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Lemon (large cut into 8 pieces) 1 PC
Cinnamon (sticks) 1-2 pcs.
Garlic (whole teeth, crush with a knife) 5-6 teeth
Vegetable oil (preferably olive) - 2-3 tbsp. l. 3-4 tbsp. l.
Mustard (I have spicy) 3-4 tbsp. l.
Onion (peel and cut into 8 pieces) 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Especially and at the request of Tatiana - celfh!
  • For a very long time I was looking for a recipe for a universal and tasty marinade for meat or poultry, through trial and error, this one was found. The meat (chicken) cooked in this way is very popular with my family and friends, therefore, I feel free to share this recipe with you! Try it, I highly recommend it!
  • Heat the water, add honey, black peppercorns (half), salt, cinnamon and bay leaf, bring to a boil, cook for 3-4 minutes, cool.
  • add onion, garlic, vinegar, lemon, stir.
  • Then add mineral (soda) water and pour the marinade over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24, preferably 48 hours. Then take out the meat and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Spread the meat with mustard, place in a heat-resistant dish on the bottom of which pour a little marinade and butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and coriander on top.
  • Cover the meat with a lid (if you have a form with a lid), if not, then close it tightly with foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, remove the foil (lid) and reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another 80 minutes, constantly pouring the juice over the meat, be sure to save a little marinade, you may need it to add to the meat during baking.
  • Place the meat on a dish and cut into portions, pour over the remaining sauce from the baking.

I bought chicken hearts and sent them to this magical marinade. After 6 hours, I fried the onions, added hearts with marinade (I threw out the lemons) and set the Shteba on the "meat" mode for 30 minutes at a pressure of 7. natapitThanks for the recipe! It's now in your favorite "lazy" recipes. Efforts are minimal, but the result is gorgeous! Made for a festive table, attracted a set of favorite spices. Really tasty and easy. It is tastier when cold (maybe it was infused?) Even a child indifferent to meat ate. I retreated from the recipe: increased the amount of black and red pepper! Next time I'll put two teaspoons in the marinade, and maybe even three on the sprinkle. Marinade is really magical!
