And I will insert my 5 kopecks about the borschik. I cook the beets in the microwave, then peel them, grate them, fill them with freshly squeezed lemon juice and naturally add them to the borscht at the very end of cooking. That's where color is so color. I think in MV it can be steamed in the upper steamer in a purified form while cooking the borscht itself and then everything according to the same plan.
Mashulya1
Thank you very much for the borscht. I decided next time to add beets at the end. Although when I first threw in the ingredients, my husband still really liked the soup, better than on the stove. Today I decided in the morning to try to make oatmeal "Hercules" flakes, but not instant. For 120 g 3 x 120 g glasses of milk. 120 grams measured in a multi glass. After 5-8 minutes, milk began to run away through the valve, I turned it off immediately and opened the lid (((I was a little upset. Then I turned on the "Milk porridge" mode again for 30 minutes, and the milk did not run away anymore. I waited until 17 minutes to finish and turned it off) The porridge turned out delicious. And I realized that for two we can make a whole multican glass. Next time I will do so. Maybe he will not run away. If he runs away, I’ll try as advised here, put on a delay for the night on the "Warming up" mode 8 minutes.

Finally, I have a multi-cooker friend! No, of course I have friends on the forum, but that's another matter. Before that, among my close friends, no one had a multicooker. And now one of my childhood friends, having heard enough of me and looking at my set of multicooker, very quickly, for which I am proud of my friend, bought herself a multicooker! And what do you think? Well, of course, Brand 37501!
Now you can discuss your favorite topics not only on the forum, but also on the phone with your friend! I hope that very soon one more mutual friend of ours will join us!

I really love the fish in the tomato and the fact that it is not fried is generally super. Took a note of it.

VS NIKA Thank you for the recipe, took note, tomorrow I will buy a fish specially.
I thought I needed vinegar or some other not very healthy products.
And what is wrong with vinegar, apple cider, for example, is a very useful product.
Mashulya1
Vinegar seems to be not very good for the stomach, and especially for pregnant women.
Maribu
And instead of vinegar, you can always add lemon. What I am doing.
Vichka
I do without vinegar and lemon, for me the acid that tomato paste gives is enough. Bay leaf, black pepper, dried dill, basil, whatever I add from seasonings. I dilute the tomato paste with some water. Tomato liquid does not cover the fish on horseback. Vegetables (I put a lot of them) and the fish give juice, so there is a lot of liquid at the end of cooking.

Good day.
Judging by the ratio of milk to flakes, I assume that the contents turned out to be very thick and viscous. This could have provoked milk "escape".
Try increasing the amount of milk or decreasing the amount of cereal. Be sure to write down the results of cooking milk porridge in this mode with cereals.

I do not know what is in UUTERRA ...I have these acquisitions from 7 hills at home, both new (already bought by March 8 yesterday) and old: spoons completely in silicone - blue, long handle, metal inside! You won't be able to bend. Ladle - the bowl itself - metal in blue silicone, handle - material - silicone holder.

Can I ask you about condensation during baking? I also have condensation dripping in the middle of the baking. How to solve this problem? Can someone tell a beginner multivar ...
Good day.
Much depends on the ingredients. If it is fruit or batter, or cottage cheese, then there may be problems. I would recommend the following:
- cook at a higher temperature. Use the “manual” mode for baking, setting the temperature to 150 degrees.
- remove the steam release valve during the last 10-15 minutes of the baking program. This will increase the drainage of moisture from the device. But be careful, baked goods can “fall off” if you remove the valve too early.
Try it, choose a method that is convenient for you to reduce condensation.

And my beauty gave me a show yesterday. I tried to cook milk porridge from barley grits. I took half a glass of cereals, added candied fruits. As a result, the milk turned sour (I cooked it without delay), the porridge got out on the table through the valve. Today I tried without candied fruits, but half a glass of cereal and 2 glasses of milk. The milk escaped through the valve again.
Confirm my conclusions: runs because the volume of products is too small?

My opinion, and from all that I read in different topics, in multicooker it is not worth less than 1 tbsp of cereals. multi cook milk porridge. It's not Brand's fault that the porridge ran away, it would have happened in any other cartoon.

The milk is to blame. After the new year, my porridge ran out 2 times in a milk cooker (in a water bath). So pay attention to milk, look for the right one.

Agree! Sometimes you boil milk, and it seems to rise with a soda cap, even if you quickly remove it from the stove, it still rises for some seconds. And sometimes, it boils as soon as you turn it off, it stops rising.
Maribu
Milk is all the same as always. Never ran away. Maybe this is the trick of barley grits? I'll cook millet today, for example, only half a glass in the same milk. I'll check the barley "for harmfulness".

When cleaning the refrigerator, smoked sausages and the remains of sauerkraut were found. As a result - a dish for dinner.

Fried chopped carrots and onions in vegetable oil (Frying mode - vegetables) until golden brown, then added smoked sausages cut into washers. When they were also a little fried, I added squeezed sauerkraut, then chopped fresh cabbage.

Sprinkled with spices (black and hot peppers, caraway seeds, spicy salt, ground bay leaf). Extinguishing mode 40 minutes.

I fried everything on the Fry with the lid open, and when everything was already fried (about 20 minutes), I added spices, closed the lid and left it on the Stew.

There was no excess juice from the cabbage, but the cabbage was not dry either.
