I am a user of the Kenwood BM 256 bread machine. Simple, but tasteful in my opinion.
My jamb - it NEVER turned out to be a bun, even if you crack it. I put the ingredients strictly according to the recipe, but the bun does not come out. But the bread comes out delicious)) inside is not raw at all ... What's the matter?

In Estonia, I saw homemade bread with lard on sale. Inside the loaves are small cubes of bacon and garlic.
Has anyone done such a miracle in a bread maker? Share the recipe, please))

Nothing complicated at all. If you have bread recipes with the function of adding ingredients in the bread maker (I had a sound signal in my first oven, the other already has a built-in dispenser), then cut what you want into small pieces, in this case lard and garlic, and add it to bowl. But be sure to sprinkle and roll in flour, otherwise it will collapse into a lump. I tried it in all modes. The stove was mulinex. And here's what I also noticed, when you add bacon to bread, it just pops out of the mold (so high), and the smell ... Good luck.
