Freezer dough in 30 minutes
Category: Bakery
Ingredients
Flour 3 cups
Creamy margarine 200 gr
Fresh yeast 50 gr
Egg 1 pc
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Water about 1 tbsp
Cooking method

Place the egg in a glass and add water until it is full, stir (if the yeast is from the freezer - not scary).
Melt margarine. Add salt and sugar as needed. It all depends on the filling - sweet or salty.
Cool margarine for 5-10 minutes. Pour the yeast into the margarine. add flour. Knead. The dough should not stick to the sides of the dishes. You can add a little more if necessary. Form a ball, dust with flour and place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
In the freezer, the dough will rise, it will be airy and perforated.
You can bake lemon pie, pizza, pies. My family loves pizza from this dough. Enough for 3 medium sizes.
Try it, you will like it.

Cooking time: 20 minutes in the oven

And why is the classic technology of making dough without aging in the freezer not satisfied? And what kind of freezer are we talking about: designed for -5 ...- 10 C or -15 ...- 18 C?

Why not, if you're good at it? I personally have a different problem: as a person who survived perestroika and the early 90s in the former Soviet Union (I probably am not the only one), I constantly keep my freezer filled with food. And I have no place for the test there. I can’t do anything about my "soviet" habit

I have three children, and when there is absolutely no time, and I want to pamper them with something, this is a lifesaver. And the freezer is ordinary. I don't know what temperature is in your freezer, but I think they are all the same.

I think that nothing will happen to products in 30 minutes if they are removed from the freezer and placed in the refrigerator. Indeed, for proper defrosting, we always put them in the refrigerator and sometimes they do not defrost overnight.
And the recipe has been proven over the years - try it

So this is for defrosting, and here we are talking about products that I do not need to defrost at the moment ...
