Cheese roll with red fish

Ingredients

hard cheese 300-500 gr
dill 1 bundle
parsley 1 bundle
lightly salted salmon or trout 300 g
lettuce leaves for decoration

Cooking method

  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Wash and dry the greens. Cut in small pieces. Stir the grated cheese with half the greens. put the mixture in a dense polyet. package (for roasting chickens), put in a saucepan with boiling water, holding it with your hand to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cut the boneless and skinless fish into long thin slices.
  • Put the cheese mass in a bag on the table, roll it into a thin layer. Cut and remove the upper part of the bag. Put the fish slices in rows on a cheese bed, alternating with rows of greens, roll up, cover with cling film. Put the roll under a light press, cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
