Ingredients

Infusion of kombucha 260 ml
Linseed oil 1 tbsp. l.
Sea salt 1 tsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 1 grade 300 g
Rye bran 25 g
Flakes Gekules 25 g
Pressed yeast 8 g

Cooking method

  • Pour liquid into a bucket of HP, then crumbled yeast, then flour and bran with rolled oats, salt.
  • We turn on program 4 - express whole grain bread.
  • During the 1st and 3rd batch, I corrected the bun with flour (with a kind word I always remember Elena Bo and Admin) - pour it very carefully, half a tablespoon each.

There is no need to replace with anything, if only with an infusion of sea rice. Otherwise, just water is better.

kozza33 , put dry yeast according to the instructions - it is different everywhere, I practically do not use SAF, it is better Dr. Otcher. Usually a bag of SAF for 1 kg of flour, so count it. Kombucha infusion can be replaced with milk whey or just water. Bake, and you will succeed.

I baked some bread, only added a little more rolled oats and seeds. Sunflower oil in the absence of flaxseed and on water, since I saw the last time I saw kombucha 10 years ago.
It turned out delicious. Stove 2502, basic mode.

Firstly, I counted it for a larger size, made it with water and the rest of the decoction cards, took buckwheat oil, wheat bran (fiber with milk thistle), rolled hercules flakes, replaced them with rye-buckwheat, yeast - dry, ordinary salt))) I also added a little flour of the 2nd grade. The bread is delicious !!! I will bake some more.
