Cooking method

  • Beat separately eggs with 1/2 powder and vanilla with a mixer, separately cream and powder at 5th speed. The cream was already half-frozen and whipped quickly into a lush foam!   • Disconnected and the ice cream is ready! Just like a store ice cream!
  • It turned out to be a little sugar for my taste and the taste of cream is strong, but it's okay
  • Completely without liquid at the bottom and froze quite strongly. I barely tore off the remnants from the walls with a wooden spatula when I transferred it to another container.
  • In general, the first successful experience! The result is the consistency of real ice cream
