Green Granite

Ingredients

Spinach 50 gr.
Fresh mint sprigs with leaves 2 pcs.
Lemon about 70 gr. thing
Fresh rosemary twig
Basil sprigs with leaves 1 PC.
Brown sugar 5 tsp with a slide
Water about 400 ml.

Cooking method

  • Wash all herbs. Remove the zest from the lemon and peel the pulp. Put all the herbs, sugar, zest and lemon pulp into a blender bowl.
  • Green Granite
  • Boil water and pour all the contents so that the water covers 1 cm. Close tightly and allow to cool. Then beat well with a hand blender. Strain the liquid. Remove the cake. Put the granite in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Then take out and beat well again with a blender. Return to freezer until completely frozen.
  • Scrape off the aromatic, sweet and sour ice crumbs with a spoon and enjoy the freshness!
