Ingredients

bitter chocolate 150 g
Butter 200 g
Eggs 4 things
Sugar 1 glass
Milk 0.5 cups
Flour 2 glasses
Baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Glass 200 ml
  • Melt chocolate (I had 100 grams) and melt butter (I took margarine).
  • Beat eggs with sugar.
  • Add milk, cooled chocolate mass, stir.
  • Add flour along with baking powder and mix gently.
  • Grease a saucepan and pour in the dough.
  • Check readiness with a thin wooden stick.
  • Allow to cool slightly with the lid open and turn onto a steaming rack.
  • You can pour over with chocolate, decorate.
