Ingredients
Peeled potatoes	800-900 gr
Medium carrots	100 g
Yellow onion medium	2 pcs
Water	300 ml
Celery stalk	2 pcs
Salt	taste
Finely chopped dill	2 tbsp
Finely grated hard cheese	100 g
Butter	2 tbsp
Sunflower oil for frying	2 tbsp

Cooking method

• 1. Chop the potatoes, not finely and put in a blender. Pour water and turn on 100 gr. Poured hot water.
• 2. Peel the carrots and cut into half rings, not finely. Place on top of the potatoes. Cook until the end of the program - 25 minutes.
• 3. After the end of cooking, take out the carrots. Add butter - beat in mashed potatoes. But carefully, so as not to turn into a klester. Add herbs and stir.
• 4. Put from a blender into a bowl. Allow to cool.
• 5. Wash the blender. Pour sunflower oil, add onion and celery (chop not coarsely). Dim, stirring constantly. Add carrots. Mix. Cook for 5 minutes. Beat in mashed potatoes.
• 6. Put onion and celery puree in a bowl with potatoes, mix. Beat 2 eggs separately - pour in mashed potatoes - mix and add cheese.
• 7. Put 1 tbsp into the cells of the frying pan. Fries until the top tightens easily, that is, the shoulder blade does not stick. Fry over low heat to bake inside. Turn over using 2 scoops. The second side prepares faster.
