Creamy margarine 200 g
kefir 100 ml
egg 1 PC.
baking powder 1 sachet
Raisins, nuts to taste.

Cooking method

  • Today I first wanted to bake Alen Delonghi's Vendetta cake. But! There was no almond essence. Quote: "There is no good" Vendetta "without the smell of bitter almonds. Why?   • So, based on this recipe, I made my own.
  • Thoroughly rubbed an egg, sugar, added softened margarine, kefir, mixed thoroughly. Then cocoa, starch and baking powder, raisins and nuts.
  • Then the flour was thoroughly mixed. I put the dough into a mold.
  • I baked in the oven for 2100 15 minutes, then 1700 until ready.
  • Cool the finished cake, sprinkle with icing sugar.

I did it one to one, as in the recset ...

It is very dry and falls apart into pieces and crumbs - an even piece will not work when cut.
There is an assumption that starch ruined everything - most likely it is not needed at all or less needed.

In general, half is already gone, but not going as fast as the other cupcakes

Andrey, I didn't fall apart. But it may be really possible to eliminate starch, not a bad idea. After all, starch gives baked goods crumbly.
In the original source (Alen Delonghi's Vendetta cake), there was starch. So I took it from there.
